Never had a more unprofessional or obnoxious experience. They made several mistakes on our $2000 purchase and blamed everything on us. The sales person ordered the wrong fabric on our sofa pillows, an ottoman for a different model chair than the chair we ordered and lied and said that we picked it out from a catalog and that she showed it to us on the computer. ABSOLUTE LIE but the manager took the inadequate employees side and told us the ottoman was the manufacturer recommended ottoman. That was a lie as well as I looked it up on the manufacturer web site and it was the matching ottoman to a completely different chair. No one EVER showed us a catalog!!!! Or an ottoman on the computer. The sales person said “do you want the MATCHING ottoman ?” and we said yes. We made the mistake of assuming she knew how to do her job. The receipt has everything in a kind of code which I had to have the manager show me how to use this key on a display board to check the order. We went over 2 of the 3 items and found the employee had made a mistake on the leg colors of the sofa. The manager never went over the ottoman with me and there where no collection names listed on the print out receipt so there was no way to know that the ottoman did not match the chair from the receipt. Also the pillow colors were not mentioned anywhere on the receipt.The manager was unbelievably unprofessional and obnoxiously rude when we brought back the wrong items they delivered to us. I have never encountered ANYTHING like her ever. The customer is definitely always wrong because the prideful manager who thinks she and her store are perfect would never admit their many, many errors and false twisted accusations toward us. I had to pay and extra $60 for a restocking fee that they charged tax on as well just to pick up the corrected ordered pieces. I was going to forgive and forget and make another $1000 purchase on 2 more chairs if they would have just let it go. Even after I had showed them the printed out pictures of our chair with the ottoman from the Web page I had looked up which read “Matching Ottoman” they would not admit their mistake. Pride comes before a fall. She would rather take a $1000 lost sale in order to not admit a mistake was made. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Terrible way to run a business. I’m shocked that she hasn’t run that business into the ground. That’s just a matter of time. She yell out a VERY SARCASTIC “Have a Blessed day!” as she and her snarky employee scoffed at us as we walked out like they had won some kind of victory. What goes around comes around. Read moreNovember 22, 2020--This experience has been a nightmare. I ordered a dining table in August 26 2020 and it's almost Thanksgiving and still no table. They have not called to update me at all. I have called them several times and they still have no answer but it should be here in a few more weeks. I have even visited the store and received the same answer. At this point I just want my money back but of course they have a no refund policy. Everything is being blamed on Covid. I have friends and family that have ordered furniture and they have received theirs. I am beyond frustrated and I will never do business with them anymore. Please beware!
Update: So after making the review above, they did finally reach out to me with an update and a compromise. They would bring my actual chairs and bench I had ordered, and a temporary table the day before Thanksgiving. BUT I would be required to make another payment before they would bring it. Which I thought was unfair because I had already paid half of the balance for them to order it. But I paid another $200 to make sure my family had a proper table for Thanksgiving. Even after that the owner even went as far as to ask me to update my review rating since he was trying to work with me. Wow..very unacceptable since I hadn't received my table and still with no expected date. I had no problem with paying my remaining balance once I knew exactly when my table was going to arrive. Even after all this I still had to keep calling to get an update. But finally after the long wait my table arrived today (December 22, 2020) at my home. I'm so glad this experience is over and I will never order anything for them again nor refer anyone to them.

Read moreThis was the first time I had ever stopped in this store. I was impressed with the customer service initially. So we ordered our master bedroom furniture back in January of 2022. After waiting for months, our furniture was delivered, in less than pristine condition. We purchased over $12000 in furniture for our bedroom because we were moving into a new home and needed everything from mattresses to dressers, headboard, and nightstands. The furniture arrived damaged. The headboard/footboard with drawers was coming apart and the nightstands were still in transit. Later when the nightstands finally arrived in July, they too were damaged. After having the experience with the headboard and waiting so long on the nightstands only to receive them damaged, I just asked them to refund them. To date we are still waiting on the headboard. I'm not sure whose fault it is for the extreme delays and the damages along the way, but after placing the initial order on January and still not having our complete bedroom suit, it's quite disheartening and frustrating to say the least. This may not be the norm with this store but for us as first time buyers, we are less than satisfied. And I can't say we'd allow them to be first...
