So i walk in, looking very straight shabby...haven't shaved in weeks, sweaty, backpack, and rode in on a 18 speed, straight salty. Getting looks that pretty much expected but the first words I hear is "can I help you find something sir?" After I explained to them that I knew someone that worked there I had her card but didn't have it on me and I couldn't remember her name but I was looking for a couple of pieces for the living room that I was planning on getting in the near future. Lady I was looking for wasn't at work today but they were very eager to help, told them didn't really know what I wanted would like to browse around get a couple ideas. No problem, they didn't hover though I'm sure they watched from afar cuz I can't even walk through Walmart without one or two secret shoppers following me around. Guess I'll just look the type. Found a outside piece that I wasn't even looking for and had some questions, materials and such. So I went and found one of the ladies they offered to be so helpful when I came in ask my questions and she didn't know but immediately went to find out she made a few suggestions we talked about a couple of pieces and then she suggested I go check out there other showroom next door which again no one hovered, matter of fact the only other person there was a delivery guy trying to find something to deliver which they do for free if your local don't quote me on that they might have just been being nice. And once again found a couple of pieces had a couple questions took them to the same lady and in the same manner went to find out the answers only other person there was a delivery guy trying to find something to deliver which they do for free if you're local don't quote me on that they could have just just been being nice. And once again found a couple of , a couple questions, went to the same lady and in the same manner went to find out the answers. Got quoted an excellent price on a table that I plan on going back and getting. Even given my rather poor appearance the help I received was very informative and respectful I definitely plan on doing even...
Read moreI wanted something different for our living room. So I donated our living room suite to Hospice. They were so helpful during my husband's illness. I figured someone else may need a few pieces. Now, I was on a budget. So my friend told me about Phillips Furniture. I went to the outlet store off of Davis and found exactly what I was looking for. They were so kind, and we negotiated a price, and they delivered it the very next day. They have many living room suites and several tables and chairs. They also carry individual pieces, if that's what you need. I am very pleased with my new living room, and my mother said "it was very comfortable and inviting." All three pieces have foot rest, and the chair reclines with massage control. I thank Phillips Furniture for helping me find something not only affordable but very nice. They even showed me how to use the massage chair. They also have a lovely show room floor, full of furniture on Watson Blvd. Go check it out. You will be...
Read moreWe were, initially, only shopping for dining room furniture but we had such a pleasant experience that we called the furniture store we'd already purchased our living room furniture from and canceled the order so we could buy from Phillips. Their prices were much better and they offer free delivery. Diane was an excellent salesperson. Every single person we interacted with was absolutely wonderful. They treated us like family. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Also, we're going to have our living room furniture tomorrow whereas we had no delivery date with the other store. I highly recommend you give them a shot to earn your business. You won't be disappointed. They have a large selection of very beautiful inventory. I loved that it wasn't the same things I'd seen everywhere else and if there's something you want that you don't see, ask them about it. I bet they can order it for you and save you money!...
