Nu-Way Weiners — Restaurant in Warner Robins

Food was good, to bad my order wasn't right the first time I got it. Angela (manager) took my order. I ordered the 3 cheese dogs atw combo, sweet tea with light ice. She walked to the back to I guess tell them my order and came back to make my drink. She filled the cup all the way with ice. I asked her again to please make it light ice. She dumped majority of the ice out and proceeded to fill the cup. She brings it back and says " your ice is already melted". I told her that's fine. I get my food and leave. Short6down the road I notice. I have no cheese. I turned around and took it back. She didn't say anything to me. Brandy went to the back and the returns to me saying I didn't pay for cheese. I said fine, I will pay for it. I didnt know that Angela didn't charge me for it anyways since that's what I ordered. My food is remade and as I am leaving Angela says as I am about to walk out the door "she didn't order cheese". I turned around and told her that I know what I ordered and she obviously didn't pay attention because she was about to mess up my drink also if I wouldn't have corrected her. Number one, if you are the Manger you should definitely lead by example. Your customer service was seriously lacking. Number two, pay attention to the person in front you and actually look at them. Maybe you can concentrate on what they are saying. Number three, don't talk about the customer when they are walking out thinking I wouldn't hear you. I will never go back to Nu way on Watson Blvd. They were too worried about leaving to read my ticket so I got home and I had 8 chili hotdogs when I ordered them plain for my kids! We also ordered fries and onion rings. By the time I got home to open the bag and realize it was totally wrong I called and they could not give me my money back cuz they had already closed the register. I had to go back and get the plain hotdogs....totally ruined our meal cuz by the time I got back with the plain hotdogs the fries and onion rings were cold and nasty. I told the woman at the store I wanted my money back and she told me to come back Monday. Well I did and they would not take it off all we got was a $10 gift certificate. The fact that I had to come back to the store twice I should have gotten my money back for the whole meal since I didn’t get to enjoy the mean with my family. I will never go there again....you need new staff and better customer service....just cuz it’s 7:30 does not give you an excuse to give...

Customer Service was excellent with what they have to work with as the Drive thru speaker doe NOT work so drive to window to order. The lady at the window gave me the opinion that the speaker has been out of order a long time. The owner needs to spend a little $ and repair it because it's not pleasant when it's pouring down rain and cold. Food was pretty good, I could finally taste the cheese because I ordered extra cheese and onion because I ordered extra of those too. Weird thing was one side of the hotdog was warm and the other side was cool to the touch . My hamburger patty was VERY dry. They can do better. I'll be back because they're several miles closer than the other location but if I had a choice, I'd go to the one in Stantan plaza on Watson Blvd...
