Price Pointe Inn & Sportz Lounge — Hotel in Waukesha

This place was recommended to us by our cater for our wedding because they offered a shuttle. The staff was very friendly but they weren't all on the same page with pricing. I had booked our rooms a year in advance and were supposed to get a discount. Unfortunately when people called to book the room some people were given the discount and others weren't. So I constantly had to call and ask them to fix things, which they were very good about but it became a hassle, especially when you have other things going on. The rooms were nice and clean but our mattress had an indent in the middle so you would slip into the center of the bed. We were also by the entrance door to the rooms so each time the door would open and close our room would shake. The shuttle was very nice but somehow the shuttle driver got lost and a good portion of my guests just made it to the ceremony right before it started. This I found frustrating since they only shuttle to 2 venues, one of which was the place we were getting married. So I found it odd that the shuttle driver didn't know where they were going. This place was super cute, as others have noted, and from my understanding the location is great, although we arrived after midnight, and were only stopping here between dropping my daughter off at the Mayo Clinic for work and heading back to North Carolina.

So why is this four stars instead of five? I think the big issue is that the coverlet on the king bed was so thin. See photos. And there were no extra blankets. Even just one extra blanket somewhere would’ve done the trick. I know I could adjust the air conditioning and the heat, but it’s less about that and more the feeling of sleeping under something super thin like that. It doesn’t feel cuddly. It doesn’t feel weighted enough to go to bed. It’s just too lightweight. So again, just adding one blanket to the room would make a huge difference! Most places do have extra blankets in the room, but I scoured the place and could not find one.

reserved a room for a wedding block this past weekend. We were told the rooms would be ready for us to get there at 2 for the wedding at 4. We got there at 2:45 to finish getting ready, however our rooms werent ready. So we paid for our room and got the keys, but got ready in a different room. so the first time we see our room was when the night was up, we carry our stuff to the room (Room 108) and me and my wife instantly look at one another and say we are not staying here. The shower curtain was black on the inside from mold/mildew, there were dead mosquitos squished on the wall, stains on the comforters, the bed wasnt even completely made, the housekeeper left her Mr. CLean magic eraser on the AC unit. There were hairs on the toilet seat and the AC unit was completely dusty inside and out. it just wasnt clean. So my pregnant wife drove us the hour and a half back home at midnight. all in all it wasnt a good experience for us. i was able to talk to the guy that checked us in, and he did apologize for everything. however, the charge is still pending on my credit card, not sure if im even going to get a refund. we did take...
