Subway — Restaurant in City of Pewaukee

My pregnant wife, who is a former subway employee, went in to order a sub for each of us. The sandwich maker was playing on his phone and did not notice my wife until multiple attempts were made to get his attention. He did not wash his hands before making our food after playing on his phone. After wrapping my spicy sub, he wrapped my wife's sub with the same knife without wiping the knife off first even though she repeatedly asked him to wipe the knife off so as to not make her sub spicy. On the way home, she was so disgusted and nauseous about the experience, we stopped at another subway to get a new clean properly made sub.

The veggies also did not look fresh.

Went to the mobile subway. Patiently waited while the employee finished a sandwich and rung the customer up. He also purchased something from the gas station side, so I waited through that transaction as well. Made eye contact with 3 other employees. No one offered to help. Considered ringing the bell after the employee who was previously making sandwiches still didn't acknowledge my presence, but then they started setting up mouse traps, so...

Walked in, and the cashier was watching a movie. After a few mins I asked him if he was in charge of the sub-making. He came over while continuing to watch his show. He asked for me to repeat everything I asked for because he kept watching his show on his phone next to my sub. He picked up his phone with gloved hands and almost touched the ingredients that were going into my sub. I asked him to change gloves...he wasn't happy about...
