Budget Inn — Hotel in Wentzville

This place is DISCUSTING!!!! roaches GALORE, bed bugs, peanut butter smashed on the picture frame that was so thick of dust anyways. I can still smell the smell of that place it's more sickening then walking into a bar that allows smoking the next morning when you walk in and you just get hit with stale cigarette smoke, smells like rat pee I literally had the worst headache after I left I am literally now sick from how NASTY that place is. The cleaning lady wouldn't even Come out of her room to talk to us about the situation they had going on. Iv never once seen ANYONE but the desk lady who can't even walk and her husband (who wernt hired to clean) clean up anything it should absolutely 100% be condemned. The Indians who own the place don't even care how nasty there business is but pulls up riding Mercedes Benz suv. Like I literally hung my bags on the hangers because I would not put my bags on that floor and yet my bag is still smelling like that tetourous place. I am absolutely scared. Oh yeah and there was drugs in the bed broken up all over the bed. I sat on the bed and 2 MINS LATER a huge roach fell on me I brought my bags down to lobby and sat for 5 hours. Still waiting on my refund. The lady and husband were absolutely 💯 so sweet but the owners are careless and will let there customers lay in there infested bedrooms the fridge had melted dilly bars from prolly a year ago.

Where do I start???? I checked in late in the evening...I was very specific that I need a non-smoking room as I have allergies....When I arrive I go straight to my very uncomfortable bed the room was clearly a smoking room cigarette burns all over sheets and bedspread..But I am exhausted and finally try and sleep even while coughing all night from the strong smell of cigarettes.... When I finally wake up in the morning I see bugs crawling out of bathroom and other diff areas and there were bites all over me.....GROSS!!!! Well I needed it shower before I leave this dump So I go to take one and guess what it doesnt WORK!!!! I go complain and they already knew about....WHy would you book someone a room if you know it doesnt have working bathroom?!?!? I RAISED SOME HELL to the non english speaking person they wouldnt do anything about it said they had someone coming later that week...One of the cleaning staff heard me and she must of felt bad and opened uped someone elses room for me to shower in....Which was just as gross as mine....and to think there are people who actually live in this hotel!!!! My room was a mess My bathtube had pubic hairs in them there was trash scattered in misc places i think the only thing dones is beds are made..Towels were stained and dingy and smelled like B.O and there is always kids and people yelling in hallway running up or all hanging out in stairwells....Pay the extra few dollars and go to O'fallon or Lake st...

Literally had a cockroach nest in our room, and said something about it, and someone came to spray with my Husband I literally went a bought 1 gallons of bug spray and bought bait stations too, cause after finding the nest and spaying, The roaches were so extremely bad that they crawling everywhere even during the day. After that was woke up to one crawling on my Husband. The next morning I then swept up literally a complete paper bowl of German cockroaches and took them to the Manager only to have her say sorry she would have the exterminator come back, but nobody ever came that week, never a discount, nor credit, only was offered yet another room that had roaches too. Pretty sure NOBODY should have to pay 380.00 a week to have to live with bug's and especially since they have been very aware of the severe infection that they have and was told that they have known for over a year and had only been spraying 6 rooms at a time for the past year. Should have been reimbursed but was not in absolutely anyways... Should be a crime for that matter, and should NOT even be open for business until fixed. Absolutely do NOT waste a single penny cause they will not do a single thing at all. Other the other hand the employee's where extremely nice and understanding and definitely under paid too....
