I would not recommend them for anything other than the sales person that got me to buy something I really couldn't afford but yet I'm happy that she got me to buy. Explanations, I bought it during labor day weekend specials I went into the store to get the free adjustable frame. Because of her attentiveness and true visibility that she was acting on my behalf as a customer I purchased a $3,700 mattress firm bed with the adjustable frame. I booked it for October 1st move in date with the warehouse to come and deliver in install the Mattress Firm bedI bought In September 28th I got a call from the salesman at Mattress Firm Parkesburg PA telling me that they could not deliver the mattress on October 1st due to inventory closure of the warehouse that I had to decide to get it delivered on Sunday or October 2nd now this was at 2 p.m. on Saturday that I got the news. I was making settlement on September 30th so I couldn't do it as I explained to her and I had to take the October 2nd Date had no other choice. I spoke to a real estate agent and she arranged to have the K delivered so that we could get the mattress in on the 29th. When I called the store back or the 29th at first first opening they had open the doors and I spoke to the sales and told her I got the key to the house it's okay to go out and deliver it today and she said it's too late you have to have it in the system by 4 if you wanted it delivered that day. I was never told this when I got the call the day before I went and scrambled and begged people to get things done that they shouldn't have do all because of Mattress Firm can't do an inventory with -1 in mirrors store or or Warehouse I could not have been more angrier. I went there on a Thursday and was greeted very nicely by a very pleasant sales lady and had a lovely experience with I guess I can say her name Terri. I came back on Saturday and made my purchase with a very pleasant and young gentleman Matthew who was also very pleasant and friendly. I have to say this is the kind of experience I love when I’m shopping no pressure, no hovering, and no push to sell me all the expensive things first. My fiancee forced me to go to Mattress Firm. It was completely and totally against my will. I was tired and ready to relax after a long and stressful day at work.
