We're from out of town but stopped in while running some errands. Very impressed with this store. Clear enforcement of COVID-19 protocols taking place. Staff are very courteous, kind, and attentive. I had a digital coupon from the mobile application. It was evident that the staff were unsure how to proceed with it. Ordinarily, this would result in staff simply denying usage of the coupon, but at this location I found the staff to be very accommodating, and they found a means of honoring it. Called 2 weeks to ask if they had seating for 15-20 so we could have cake for both my sons birthday. Whoever I spoke to said it wouldn’t be a problem. Called again yesterday to verify.. again they said it wasn’t a problem. Well the attitude of the two young kids working definitely made it seem like a problem. The only reason why I read it a one star is because there is no option for zero stars. My family and I went here Thursday night, and the two females running the place do not know how to do their job. We ordered three blizzards, and all of them came out as soup. You could drink them through a straw. She completely overfilled my mothers blizzard, and with the cup, still overflowing, gave it to my mother, without it, being wiped off at all with a cup underneath it.
