Signature — Restaurant in West Sadsbury Township

We were the only ones there upon arrival. There were 4 employees; 2 guys and 2 women. The floor was filthy, lots of debris. The table across from us was empty but not bussed. It took the majority of our meal until it was finally completely bussed. We were waited on by a very nice blonde woman in braids dressed nicely. We placed our order for a pizza. She said it would be about 15 minutes. Fine. I watched the one guy make the pizza. After flattening and stretching the dough, I watched him make the rest of the pizza one handed as he was using his cell in the other!. The other woman, who kept making rounds from the front to the back of the restaurant was wearing a skin tight, translucent shirt through which where you could clearly see her black bra. In the front, you could see her belly hanging out beneath the shirt and tattooed chest spilling out the top...all the while working that cell phone. Also treated to but crack exposure. What not to wear! The entire time we were there, the only thing I saw her do was ring up one picked up pizza. She and the guy who made the pizza were looking at us and asked if we were waiting for a pizza. Well, yes! Rather than bringing it to us they yelled for the blonde girl to come and deliver it. I believe the blonde one was waiting on the only other 2 customers in the place at the time. Our pizza was unimpressive. Sauce did not have much flavor and the crust was ok. Onion rings were good but would have liked ketchup rather than sauce for dipping, but never had opportunity to ask for it. Menu says under new management, am I supposed to think that is the new and improved? I cannot imagine if that place was...

Order pick up tonight; a pizza, 2 cheesesteaks, chicken parm entree, and cheese fries. Guy on the phone just tells me 40 mins and says bye. I arrive to pick up said order and first they hand me a wrong bag as I'm getting the car someone flags me down. We exchange for the correct items and then I take it to the car and open a container trying to find the chicken parm entree...to find a chicken parm sub. Went back in to correct the issue. They start making the chicken parm entree, when it's done they bring it to the counter and immediately say there's a charge difference between the sub and the entree you will have to pay. Granted this was only about $6 but being that the guy taking the order messed up I was a little taken back but went ahead to pay for it. Mentioned I thought that was a bit off and I probably won't be back so the guy ringing up the final charge just tosses the card on the counter and walks away. I had to ask the poor kid standing alone at the front for the receipt. This whole interaction was highly unprofessional. I've had good food from here in the past but if this is the service given now, I won't be...

We Ordered a Cheese Sicilian pizza on Thursday October 31st (Halloween night). Ordered via Slice. The special specifically said $13.00 for a Plain Sicilian Pizza Thursday Special. That is exactly what we ordered for 5:17p. Yet we were charged $16.50. Was there a catch we missed? Or was Halloween considered a holiday?

Another order screwed up. Friday November 29, 2024, we ordered 2 cheesesteaks and a buffalo chicken cheesesteak. The buffalo cheesesteak was missing the buffalo sauce and there was hardly any chicken compared to the amount of meat for the cheesesteaks which was a decent amount. That is two strikes!
