If I could give this less than 1 star I would. They held us there for hours trying to convince us to buy a time share. We were told we had to go to this meeting in order to get our cruise vouchers, which was a lie. They tried to get us out of the building without giving them to us, but we demanded them and they gave us hotel vouchers instead because we wouldn't buy from them. We ended up calling the cruise line itself and they told us we didn't even need vouchers, our reservation was already in the system. They call you, offer you a cruise at a very low price, with a hotel stay, if you attend this meeting. The hotel was the Ramada Inn in Ft Lauderdale where you are given meal vouchers. All of the other guests go to the restaurant, but they have another dining area for time share guests that get buffet. The food is not very good, and the hotel has seen better days. There is a very nice beach not too far from the hotel, Ft Lauderdale by the Sea, it's absolutely gorgeous. That beach was the highlight of our stay! You need to travel from Ft Lauderdale to Weston for the meeting, which is about 30 mins, then they tell you that you have to go back 30 mins to the Ramada to get your vouchers authorized. Another lie, don't waste your gas because you will still have to travel to Palm Beach to board the cruise ship. The cruise itself is mediocre at best. I've traveled Carnival in the past which blows Grand Celebration out of the water. We paid a total of about 300 for my husband and I to do this, and as the saying goes: you get what you pay for! Don't let these people con you. Once you're on the ship, there are hidden charges as well as the hotel that charges you extra fees after you're told it's all inclusive and paid for. It's a cheap vacation, but probably not the...
Read moreLet me tell you how my experience went. My boyfriend and I bought a cruise...the cruise company through Royal Seas. They offered us a discounted hotel room that we added. When we called to book the room they said there was a mandatory sales presentation to attend at this location. We didn't want to go. So they said our WHOLE package would be non refundable. After we PAID for the cruise separate and BOUGHT our airline tix. We flew to Florida from Oregon... The hotel was GROSS not even electrical outlet covets.. Mold.... And no mattress protection... The sales presentation was quoted an hour. But we heard it was 3 from other hotel guest and they were basically forced to stay or lose thier vacation. This isnt even the hotel they are selling. There was homeless people sleeping in the hallways. I was so upset.. The buffet was Hep A quality. We went. Said we weren't interested in time share OR the three hour presentation, very upset at this point trying to make our case and get OUR cruise tickets. They called the police, sighted that they knew them personally... And ask us to leave. Losing our vacation..now I'm dealing with an attorney over the "bait and switch" tactics they used and have remorse and anxiety. I would NEVER give this business your time or money. They are bullies and target tourist who don't know better. The web pages look like a luxury vacation. But its equal to a hostile. The main time share is a dump as well! The grounds and entrance are a dump. Dont fall for it RUN.... I am going to sue now for...
Read moreGreat place to go if you want to have your time wasted and offered a timeshare with 18% interest. This company uses a bait and switch technique with a vacation cruise line to get you to their “presentation.” An employee by the name of Carlos Fernandez is very rude and condescending in addition to this terrible experience. He has no people skills and should not be in sales/customer service. I even had a hard time believing he was an employee their considering his attire that consisted of an old dirty suit that he must have found stuffed in his bottom drawer after 10 years of storage. The properties shown had broken workout equipment, dingy rooms and furniture from the 70’s. They don’t tell you that you are REQUIRED to take this ‘tour’ until after you have booked your vacation cruise. Then you’re forced to sit through something worse than used car salesmen trying to sell you a car at a junkyard. Stay away! Just read the reviews on consumer affairs and thank me later. I feel bad for the people from other countries who this company tries to exploit and take advantage of with “no credit check” finance offers for time shares. It took 20 - 30 times of us saying no. And over 4 hours of our life to get out of that place. I promise I thought we were on a bad episode of “PUNKED,” and Ashton Kutcher was going to jump out at any moment. Sadly it was actually real. Never again. At the end of the day. This is nothing more...
