En pocas palabras: un pan del futuro. Todos los panes son deliciosos y nutritivos, mis favoritos son el de chocolate y el de calabacín. Estos "panes" no son buenos, son excelentes! Cada pan es alto en nutrientes y ofrece energia casi imediatamente asi que es una buena opcion antes de hacer ejercisio y mucho mejor opcion que la comida rapida cuando uno esta corto de tiempo. Se puede utilizar como merienda para uno y para los hijos o se le puede agregar toppings como aguacate, salmon, tomate, y un sinfin de posibles mezclas para formar parte de una comida balanceada y saludable. Hay que tener ingredientes saludables en la casa para poder agarrar de salida. De otra forma, se nos hace mas facil justificar parar a comer comida rapida. Llenemos nuestras cocinas de jugos naturales, frutas, verduras, ingredientes organicos, y panes de lo mismo. - Ernesto Angel

We had CasaPan bread at our open house. I got to not only try all the samples, but liked it so much that I purchased some for my self and my family. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because some breads do not come with the nutrition facts and the loaves do not come properly separated so it makes it a little bit difficult to get the right portion.
