Country Hearth Inn & Suites Willard — Hotel in Willard

Me and my family just had a house fire we have been staying here probably 2 weeks now its great yeah its a old building and there might be stains on the carpets in the hall and stuff but the room was clean when we got it and the workers are so nice and generous one of the workers helped us get my cousins candy bar that got stick on the candy next to it she got it out for us and got us a second candy ive had a great time here i love the breakfast bar even tho ive only made it down there once since i sleep in so late but the one time ive had it so far its good it was fun to make my own waffle and if you leave a bad review on this hotel you need to open your eyes and realize your in willard this is THE BEST hotel here in willard hands down the wifi is slow here in there depends on the weather usually when it rains or its windy its okay but it still works thank you to all the staff for taking care of us while we are trying to find a house to stay i will make sure to recommend you to people ik that might need a room for a couple nights also the beds...

The staff was very friendly however seems nobody knew how to do anything. I went to the dollar store and had to clean before I touched anything. When we left that room was probably cleaner than it's been in years. They have a resteraunt staffed 24hrs but hardly any food available that's advertised on the menu, our room reaked of cigarette smoke and was very very dirty. There were dead bugs in the shower, the bathroom, and on the floor in the room several places so it hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned at all before we got there and table tops were nasty. I said something about it and all I got was we used to be a smoking hotel. There's nicotine on the walls and heater/air cond. so those have not been cleaned at all nor had the light switches or door handles. Very disappointed as what we pd was entirely too much for our room. The owners and staff should be embarrassed and obviously don't take any pride in their work, you all...

Probably the most disgusting place I have ever laid my head, we get put here by the company I work for... dropped all my gear off into my room one day and heard a gurgling sound around the sink walked over to look at what was happening and the sewer was actively backing up into my sink... went to the front desk and explained the situation that I was experiencing and the response I got was "Yeah we have that in some rooms we will transfer you to another".... if that does not explain what you are looking at when you come here I don't know what else does.... cheap, centrally located to a few different things and cheap... if that's what your looking for here is your place if you want more than than keep moving up because this is...
