I very recently used to work at the most recognized brand for economic lodging in the nation (down the street from this motel) and let me tell you when I say this place beats it by faaaaaar I really mean it. The owners are the most friendly people you'll ever meet. They offer free water bottles upon check in along with smiles and gratitude for staying here. They give you a remote along with the key and the FREE wifi code (wifi works great unlike the other place I mentioned you have to pay for and it NEVER worked). Free satellite television with alll the channels and movie channels too and the televisions are big with great quality. The rooms have mini fridges and microwaves and the bathroom has a hair dryer and courtesy packets of shampoo/conditioner and soap bars. The showers are huge with a seat in the stall which is sooo nice when you're tired and need to shave your legs! And the water gets sooo hot which for me, after a full day of packing a 2 story, 3 master bedroom house, this was heaven!! The beds are not bad, I am just used to super soft pillow top mattresses but they are in great condition. I love that I could back my pickup right up to the window outside and keep an eye on our stuff. The heat and air unit works fantastic too! I seen a washer and dryer outside by the office that's available to use, didn't use them but I'm sure they work or they wouldn't be there. I am so very impressed with this place. You will pay a little extra than the "recognized brand cheap motel" down the street but I PROMISE you that this place blows them out the water any day...
Read moreWe paid $75 dollars per person at this hotel, it was 4 of us. It was the only available hotel at that price. When we went to the room ut ws absolutely disgusting. It was dirty, no toilet paper, just one soap and liner for the toilet, we were lucky to get one set of towels for all of us. The heater wasnt working and it was patched up with black tape, so were the walls and batroom door, full of wholes. The room was tiny and smelled strange. The best was very uncomfortable and it was covered with only the sheets, It was cold! It was a very depressing view. We couldnt get our money back so we stayed. We left very early to eat and left my 18 year old brother sleeping in the room. They called my brother one hour before the time we were supposed to leave to remind him. We got lost and couldnt make it back where the hotel was on time and they had kicked out my brother from the hotel and asked him to pay for another day if he wanted to stay the extra hour that we were late. He paid them the extra hour and stayed inside because it was raining and there in no where no go around there, their lobby was wet since the roof is dripping. As soon as we got there they went inside the room and wanted to clean it and I told them to get out since we had paid the full amount for one day eventhough we were not staying. They are nasty peopl!I forgot to say they were roaches in the bathroom and they only pick up the visible trash from the floor and straighten the bed linens without...
Read moreMe and my lover spent our honeymoon in Las Vegas and took a risk in staying at the Fisher's Inn Motel. We didn't regret it. It was roomey, spacious and the ambience in and around the motel helped to create an incredibily romantic atmosphere. ||||We found the staff extremely helpful, especially when they realised it was a specially occasion, so they provided champagne, chocolates and upgraded us to the deluxe sweet which has a superb view of the car park.||||We wouldn't hesitate in rebooking, in fact we are seriously considering returning for our anniversary later this year. ||||Also, the underground casino is just as classy as the accomodation above - providing 24 hour entertaining, a chilled yet energetic vibe.||||* - 5 stars.||||Lots of...
