Lucky Cuss Motel — Hotel in Winchester

I showed up on the booked date the receptionist seems nice at first but asked for $30 extra on top of the booked price. I said I wouldn't pay anything other than the booked price. She turned so quick and showed her true nature and wouldn't checked me in. So I said fine refund me the booked money so I can leave. Then they said contact the Expedia for the refund. I left for another hotel contracted Expedia and wrote a review on Expedia. Now I have Not receive my refund and Expedia emailed me asked me to REVISED my review ??? And then I saw the reply of my review on Google. Don't try to change the subject by adding some details that no one will have time to verify. I stayed at different hotels weeks on end never posted reviews except when I ran into extreme case or scam. Oh when I left there were another couple were leaving and we're Not very happy with the motel too. And if I was rude why would they offer me a free ride to another hotel repeatedly??? So be careful booking...

Under the blanket, the bed had two different kinds of human hair on it, and mascara smears. We asked for a change of sheets and were just handed the sheets. The lighting in the room is truly awful, blaring blue LED light. The back room is like a prison cell. The atmosphere is oppressive. But worst of all: no refunds! Too bad you can't actually see the room first before deciding.
