American Inn Motel — Hotel in Winchester

I liked being able to park my pickup right outside my door. Woman named rain swapped out my very dirty bedspread. Bed was hard, no microwave or coffee maker in room. Price was 250 for a two night single and $20 for a deposit on my electronic key card, since i left at 5 am, i didn't want to wake up anyone, so i guess i donated that.There was only one other renter there. so had privacy in pretty secure parking lot. This area is kinda sketchy and I would usually get a room like this for 75 each night. Sheets and room clean, but I'd say spend the extra money for a better place, if you aren't streetwise sketchy...

We got to motel late because we were stranded due to flight being delayed and missed connecting flight . We had waited for a long time for the shuttle. We were tired and frustrated. When we were at the motel we were greeted by business as usual. No warmth consideration or kindness shown. By that time it was 11 pm. I found out next day I left my glasses there. No time to get them before flight leaves. So I contacted them. They said I had to send an email to some address. This was the most filthy, disgusting motel room I've ever stayed in. They charge ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a room here, it should literally be $25, and even that is asking too much. They make the building look decent on the outside, but when you get in the room it looks like something out of Tijuana. I can't believe the city even lets this place operate, I've stayed in some ratty rooms but this one took the cake. If I would have known it was this bad, I seriously would have slept in my car instead. (Absolutely no other hotels/motels were available at the time) I stayed 90 minutes and left. Seriously,...
