Four Points by Sheraton Yuma — Hotel in Yuma

Came here for vacation. This was our first time staying at this hotel. We typically stay at a hotel nearby. The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff is friendly. We ate at the restaurant attached and the food and service was great. The room was spacious including a microwave, fridge, and coffe maker. The beds were comfortable. The pool was a cut above with lounges, beds, tv, and heated. One complaint that there was a party in the jaccuzi blasting Spanish music although the hotel played music it was overshadowed by the loud music of the party of approximately 10 to 15 in the jacuzzi. Most of the party left through the parking lot but some of the party went into the hotel. Staff came and went delivering towels but did not address the overcrowding and music. The manager of the hotel checked on me during my stay while I was waiting at the front desk and at the pool in the morning. I thought it was a nice gesture and I appreciate his thoughtfulness. It means alot to me when people reach out to notice and are accomidating to people from all walks of life. Again, very very nice hotel and we will be back. The gentleman cleaning in the mornings does a fantastic job and plays a big part in one of my most enjoyed stays. Thank you to the staff and management. Sarah...

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Yuma! From the moment I walked in, the staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The interior of the hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, making it a comfortable place to unwind after a long day.

One of the highlights of my stay was the unique experience of having a beer with breakfast at the attached restaurant. It’s not something you find every day, and it added a fun twist to my morning routine. The restaurant itself offers great food and a cozy atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to start or end your day.

The hotel’s location within the Marriott Bonvoy system is convenient, and the service is top-notch. I travel frequently and sometimes wake up unsure of which city I’m in, but the staff here made sure I felt right at home. Even when I was a bit disoriented from my travels, the ladies at the front desk handled it with care and understanding.

I’ll definitely be choosing this hotel again next time I’m in Yuma. It’s tough to imagine staying anywhere else!
