Very cool vibe, great concept, fantastic customer service; however, the food was underwhelming.
For apps we got the scallops and the stuffed zucchini blossoms. Only three scallops and three zucchini blossoms; both were good but not great. The scallops, although tender, had very little flavor. They could have used a little seasoning and a nice seared crust. Instead they were quite plain and soft. Were it not for the spicy sauce they had drizzled on top, these scallops would have been bland.
As for the stuffed zucchini blossoms, they had a fantastic cheese pull, however, the marinara pairing for dipping sauce was unusual. It's almost as if they tried to pass the blossoms as mozzarella sticks. We ended up getting a side of ranch to dip the zucchini flowers into and it somehow made it so much better. I would suggest a fresh dill/ranch dipping sauce instead of the marinara, which tasted out of place and I feel did not belong on the plate. The lightness of the blossoms deserve a cool and light dip instead of the heavy tomato notes of the marinara.
For entrees we got the chicken marsala and the lemon rosemary bucatini with shrimp. Both entrees came with a choice of salad and we ordered a Caesar salad and a house salad with bleu cheese dressing. While the Caesar salad was good, the house salad was missing something. It needed a more savory bite. Perhaps some shredded cheese? Chopped egg? Anything? It was just lettuce, shredded carrots, and some croutons. Again, quite plain. The chicken marsala wasn't terribly flavorful and the sauce was so thin it was like pasta water; I know this sounds like an exaggeration, but the sauce would literally swirl in the bottom of the plate like water. I would have preferred a creamy, savory sauce to compliment the chicken.
The shrimp bucatini was also bland - the most flavorful parts were the pieces of shredded parm I asked for. Although there was a nice amount of lemon and garlic flavor, I did not detect any rosemary whatsoever, and like the chicken Marsala, the sauce was hardly present, and whatever there was, was thin and runny. In fact, the most noticeable flavor was the plain taste of the bucatini pasta.
The best part was the order of 3 Spanish churros for dessert. Those were delicious with the cream sauce they are served with.
Again, it's a cool concept especially for Yuma but the food missed its mark for us. We are foodies so take this review how you want to. If atmosphere is more important to you, then this is totally your vibe.
One final note is that although the food missed the mark, we had excellent customer service. Our dishes were promptly cleared and our waiter...

Hard to believe that the owners are that hard to get in touch with and if so, that they don't provide their GM with the authority and latitude to correct an issue of this magnitude. My sister has still not heard back from her. This is really unacceptable service from a GM. Original post: I was visiting relatives in Yuma on February 15. I went with a group, of 9, to Pour Behavior to celebrate a birthday. The atmosphere was nice, the food good and our wait person did a great job. In fact, because the two pizzas we ordered came out after the rest of the food, they comp'd them. Nice gesture. The problem came after we left the restaurant. Two of us used the QR code to pay our tab. A 20% gratuity, for a large party, was already added to the tab when we received our paper copy. That was fine too. When we both checked our email after leaving the restaurant we were charged a duplicate 20% gratuity. Neither of us authorized the additional gratuity. The total amount of the additional, for both of us, was less than $20. We went back to the restaurant the next day and spoke to a person who said she was the General Manager. This is where things went REALLY wrong. She immediately told us that our server had gotten the extra tip money and she would call the server to see if she would bring the extra money back in to us. That seemed extreme as the server had no idea there was a problem in the QR code. It was not her fault at all. She then said that we must have selected an additional tip amount. We did not. I said that it would be fine to provide a gift card in lieu of refunding us the small sum. Then the GM said that she would have to ask the owners if she could do that. She further explained that the restaurant didn't have anything to do with the QR code system. That can't be true, as it's tied directly to their system, as a convenience for their customers. She finished the conversation with getting our contact information and saying she would contact the owners to see what she could do and get back to us. That hasn't happened yet. Our biggest concern was that other people, who used the QR code for payment, in a large group, would be subject to the same double tip. Our second concern was that the GM didn't have the customer service training to at least thank us for bringing it to her attention. Instead, she basically made us feel like we were an inconvenience for even bringing the subject up. What a disappointing ending to an otherwise...

I was impressed with how delicious the Italian food tasted. First off I found out that the pasta is imported from Italy, which is the best pasta you can have. The marinara sauce and sausage are made in house. Big win. So we ordered the Mediterranean Pizza, Lasagna, and the Lobster Mac n’ Cheese. We also ordered the Cannoli for dessert.
The pizza had a ton of flavor, but because of the artichoke on the pizza, it made for a flaccid bottom. That’s my only complaint.
The Lasagna. Mama Mia!! The flavor was so intense and cheesy that I almost started speaking Italian!! 🤌🏼 One of the best lasagnas I’ve ever tasted. Forget Olive Garden.
The Lobster Mac n’ Cheese 🤯 OH MY GOODNESS!! There was a seafood party in my mouth!!! It was steaming hot - as isn’t good Mac n Cheese should be. The first spoonful was loaded with lobster flavor all the way to the last bite. My only complaint is that I wish the lobster pieces were more prominent and visible in the dish other than the tiny pieces. Other than that it was so delicious that I ordered another one to go.
The Cannoli…. 🤯 now I know why “Fat Clemenza” said “Leave the gun. Take the cannoli”. Mama Mia 🤤 it was filled with a lemon cream and blueberry sauce. What a genius combination!
The building itself looks like a giant warehouse from the outside. The inside is dark and moody with an industrial look and very clean. Our waiter Jake was very kind and efficient considering he was the only one waiting on tables. Which wasn’t bad seeing as it wasn’t very busy at the moment. However we did have to ask for our drinks which was included with our meals. My lasagna was supposed to come with garlic bread, but I never received it. So that’s a bit of a bummer because I really love garlic bread.
So if you’re in the mood for some Italian and don’t want to travel to San Diego or Italy, then yeah. Do yourself a favor and go to this place....
