This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. My pickup appointment was at 10:00 AM on 24th september 2025 , I arrived on time with my trailer, but it needed 20 minutes to pre-cool because of the extreme heat (over 40°C). I informed the shipper, and they told me to wait. Even though no other trucks were there at that time, they started prioritizing other drivers who came later.

I kept asking politely, but the lady shipper kept delaying me. At 1:30 PM they said “wait 45 more minutes,” then later refused to give me a dock claiming I was late — which wasn’t true. The shift change made things worse, and the new staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. When my dispatcher called them, they promised to load me after 30 minutes, but the male shipper ( whose shift came after the lady shipper) even knocked on my truck and told me I could only be loaded if I paid $200 in cash. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The next day I came at 7:00 AM again, but they didn’t give me a dock until 11:00 AM and only finished at 1:30 PM. Overall, I lost more than 30 hours because of their mismanagement, rudeness, and disrespect. The company should take strict action on these kind of people who unnecessarily harass the drivers with this kind of behaviour .

The main question is how come the load could be ready if i pay 200$ usd cash otherwise the load will be made next day ? Is it a concern of some kind of ego or hate towards...
