Update: This was my third stay at Crowne Plaza, and I would like to take a moment to share my appreciation and feedback.
My each stay close to 25 days. The hospitality, attention to detail, and support—particularly from the F&B department—were commendable. My religious dietary requirements were fully understood and accommodated, making the experience seamless and memorable.
During my third visit when compared to the second visit was better as the hotel was less busier than usual.
Front Desk Team: A special thanks to Loyla for assisting me recharging my local sim card which was a challenge.
F&B Team: Ulugbek was consistently warm and attentive, always ensuring my needs were communicated to the chef in advance. I have requested him to communicate my needs to Hotel manager which I am still awaiting approval.
Chefs Hamidullah demonstrated excellent understanding of my requirements.
Madina has been very helpful and pitches in, in the absence of experts Savash and Aziz at the bar for smoothie. I would appreciate if the team looks into expanding the limitations on the smoothie options.
Dilshoda and Samira are always available at the breakfast for the needed support with a warm welcome.
I would also extend my gratitude to Jahangir from sales team for helping me with my stay related bookings.
I’m truly looking forward to my upcoming visit in early September. My first stay left a lasting impression, thanks to the exceptional personalized attention and care extended by your team.
As I continue to face some challenges during my current (third) visit despite your internal review, I kindly request Ms. Oksana Koznova and the management team to revisit some of the recent limitations, especially in consideration of my specific dietary requirements.

My first stay of 28 days was truly exceptional. The hospitality, attention to detail, and support—particularly from the F&B department—were commendable. My religious dietary requirements were fully understood and accommodated, making the experience seamless and memorable.
During my second visit of 24 days, while the overall experience remained positive, the hotel was understandably much busier. As a result, there were occasional limitations in meeting my special food requests. However, I truly appreciate the team’s effort and commitment to support me as much as possible under the circumstances.
Front Desk Team: A special thanks to Eleanora, Ilya, and Loyla for their ongoing support and welcoming attitude throughout my stay.
F&B Team: Ulugbek was consistently warm and attentive, always ensuring my needs were communicated to the chef in advance. AbdurRashid was also kind and proactive in coordinating with the kitchen team regarding my dietary needs. Chefs Ozod and Aziz both demonstrated excellent understanding of my requirements. Aziz, in particular, had set the gold standard during my first visit. Ozod is also a trusted name now. Chef Rayan, whom I appreciated during my first stay, was around briefly this time but remains a trusted name for me. Jasur continued to prepare my special smoothie perfectly and ensured Razan followed the same instructions in his absence—Razan executed it very well. Dilshoda and her female colleagues (whose names I unfortunately couldn't recall) were all warm and supportive.
Thanks to Mr. Turokhan, the F&B Manager, who has always been considerate and tried his best to assist with my requests.
I truly look forward to my next visit. I hope the level of personalized attention I experienced during my first stay can be restored, and I request the new management to kindly reconsider some of the recent restrictions in light of my special dietary needs.

Read moreI stayed at the CP Tashkent for 4 nights and I have to say that this was one of the best hotel stays. The service levels were impressive, even before I arrived at the property as I got in touch with the reservations team at CP Tashkent. The queries were resolved to my satisfaction and was an wonderful experience interacting with Ms. Dilafruz.
At check in Ms. Sadia was very efficient and helpful. During the stay I interacted with Ms. Zarina and Mr. Alan. Both did a wonderful job to understand and provide excellent customer service. Thank you Alan for arranging the breakfast hamper.
The housekeeping staff were fantastic and ensure that the room was spotless. Special thanks to them.
Dinner at Toscana was another wonderful experience. I had dinner twice at the restaurant and both the times the service was excellent. Madina and Ulugbek in particular were very hospitable and welcoming. The food preparation and the quality was amazing. Since I loved the Buckwheat bread at the first dinner, Ulugbek remembered it and bought the freshly baked Buckwheat bread at the second dinner.
The breakfast spread was a mix of international and Uzbeki food. Again the service levels were exceptional. The manager Mr. Turakhon and the server, Ibrahim were very considerate to any of my requests.
One of the nights at bar, I had one of the best Gluhwein's that prepared by Maxim. It served the purpose as it was really cold and was the perfect drink to have.
Overall a fantastic experience, thanks to the fantastic team at CP Tashkent. I have entered all the staff names I could gather. Please pass my Thank to anyone I might have missed.

Read moreI stayed in Crowne Plaza for almost a month (April-May) and from the moment we walked in until our departure it was nothing short of amazing.
Hotel is fresh & well-maintained, rooms are spacious with high ceilings and great facilities. Front yard is gorgeous and well looked after; likewise inner yard is super comfy and a nice place to chill or eat/drink.
Breakfast is superb with wide selection, and you can order food in hotel restaurants (price parity to good restaurants). They were accommodating enough to prepare different soups for my little son based on our requests and recipes every day once kid’s menu no longer was appealing to him.
Location wise hotel is close to parks (and you can take nice evening walks on the bank of nearby canal), several restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies are at walking distance. Also, a short taxi ride can take you to any central landmark easily.
Also, there’s a nice pool and spa in the hotel which is pretty clean and well-maintained as well.
The staff deserves a special recognition. Every staff member from security, reception, cleaning, kitchen and service were exceptionally professional, kind and willing to help. Thanks for making great first impression of your country, and making our stay very special. And special thanks for tolerating my little son’s shenanigans and showing so much love and care (and your sweet departing gift to him) ☺️
