LUCKY RUBY HOTEL — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

We recently had an incredibly disappointing stay at Lucky Ruby Hotel. From Lucky Ruby Hotel's unreasonable passport policies to a room mix-up, unhygienic conditions, broken promises, and invasion of privacy, this hotel fell short in every aspect. Here's a brief summary of the issues I encountered:

Unreasonable Passport Policy: The duty manager at Lucky Ruby Hotel insisted on keeping our passports for 24 hours, claiming he couldn't take a photo due to a lost phone. This raised immediate concerns.

Room Mix-Up and Incompetent Staff: At Lucky Ruby Hotel, we were given a smaller room without a window, despite booking a larger room with a view. Staff members conversed in Vietnamese, excluding us, and ignored our requests for an explanation.

Unhygienic Conditions and Indifferent Attitude: Cockroaches infested our room at Lucky Ruby Hotel, and the staff showed no urgency in resolving the issue. Even after reporting it to the duty manager, no action was taken.

In an attempt to explore the area, we had prearranged to rent a scooter from the hotel. We specifically messaged ahead of time and were assured that a scooter would be available within an hour. However, after waiting patiently, we were informed that there were no scooters left. The fact that we were made to wait for over an hour.

Invasion of Privacy and Rude Behavior: On the morning of our departure, as we were preparing to check out, a staff member who couldn't communicate in English continuously knocked on our door, causing unnecessary disturbance. When the door was opened, this staff member barged into the room without consent, rudely pushing me aside, and started shouting in Vietnamese without any regard for our privacy or comfort. This invasion of personal space and unprofessional behaviour was deeply unsettling.

The hotel lacks basic standards of service, professionalism, and respect for guests. Save yourself the frustration and find alternative...

Tủ lạnh hư, máy sấy tóc yếu Quạt bụi đen Chăn khi nhận phòng bị dơ nên nhờ nhân viên đổi Toilet thì đang sd bị ko xuống nước, bị hư do thiết bị bên ks, làm bạn mình hơi bị quê khi phải báo ks xử lý! Ở 2 đêm ks ko tự hỏi để vô vệ sinh phòng, thêm nước suối! Cứ mặc nhiên 2 đêm là dọn 1 lần nếu khách ko nhờ dọn. Phụ phí ngày bắn pháo bông cao hơn các nơi! 50% tiền phòng! 1 số ks khác cùng thời điểm phòng đơn chỉ phụ thu 100k Giá phòng và phụ phí đã bàn với ks rồi cọc, mà đến khi thanh toán thì cao hơn 50k. Sau đó mình gửi lại tn cũ thì kêu coi như a giảm cho e! Nhóm mình ủng hộ thêm đêm thứ 3 là rơi vào ngày thường, vẫn tính như giá cuối tuần ko phụ phí pháo bông! Phòng thì mình đặt sát ngày nên chịu phòng nhỏ ko cửa sổ, ko ban công rồi! Mình cũng tiện ở luôn! Mà khi nói chuyện với ks thì kiểu ko cần khách, nói ks a ngày...

Thái độ của nam lễ tân (hoặc là chủ) cực kỳ tệ. Vì k thể gia hạn thêm ở khách sạn cũ nên ở tạm mà thấy thái độ rất chịu. Ở từ hơn 12h đến tối (k phải thuê theo giờ nhé) Đã thoả thuận 300k. Sau đó mình nói ở đến 7h vì chuyến bay delay và bên ks đã đồng ý mà k báo giá thêm. Nhưng khi trả phòng thì lại đòi thu thêm 50k vì lí do mình ở thêm giờ trong khi mình k phải thuê theo giờ. Phòng thì nhỏ, nấm mốc mà vệ sinh phòng dơ. Chăn ga như kiểu k thèm thay luôn...
