Paris Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Room is fairly clean & spacious. Good soundproofing as it's quiet. Very importantly, no cigarette smoke & sewage smell. Has a window overlooking the surrounding area. Comes with wardrobe, a kitchenette with an induction stove & mini fridge. Bed is comfortable for me, could sleep well. Aircon, TV & wifi signal was good. Shower area is semi-partitioned so toilet area is kept dry. Toiletries provided. It has elevator. Front desk staff speaks little English, but communication was no issue thanks to translator app. Situated in a quiet area with no crowd. I enjoy the peace & tranquility of the surrounding but it might feel somewhat secluded for some people. A handful of local eateries & cafes nearby. There are a couple of local convenience marts around, with one just next to the hotel & another opposite it. It's about 5-10 mins walk to the beach area. Takes around 15 mins car ride to downtown. E-hailing rides like Xanh SM, Grab or maxim are available to get around.

NOTE: Maintenance & cleanliness could be improved. The shower head holder had come off the wall upon checking in. Housekeeping tried to fix it back but without success. Stuck with it throughout my stay but no issue as it didn't affect the water flow. There were stains on the toilet bowl. Some spots were dusty especially the aircon blower unit above the headboard. I had to wipe away the dust & mold myself.

Bad! Very bad! Scamming behavior of the management. I booked through Booking.com and they asked me to cancel my booking to collect the service fees. I said no. Next thing I know they had canceled my booking on the website.

I stayed here 1 month and throughout the entire time—the cleaning was just horrific. They spot cleaned the whole time and many things were gross and not completely cleaned—such as someone’s hair clogged in the shower room, dead bugs on the walls, stained bedsheets, and they even neglected to change the bed sheets after 1 week of use. Bathroom amenities were never replenished. Also, the toilet gave off a bad sewage smell during the night. Just horrific.

The management is terrible too. I was struggling with my luggage during check-in and the young receptionist girl stood right in front of me and watched as I struggled getting the big luggage into the elevator without the decency to ask if I needed help.

There are cockroach here too on the top floor where the managing staff leave their dirty dishes and garbage overnight at the sink....

The first room they checked us into smelled really bad, and the deadbolt lock didn’t work. Second room AC was very weak and bathroom was dirty. We ended up forfeiting our booking to find...
