LE MARAIS DA LAT — Hotel in Da Lat City

La Marais is a stylish and comfortable choice in Da Lat. The rooms are clean, modern, and well furnished, with a warm atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in. Service is attentive and the location is convenient — close to town but not in the middle of the chaos.

That said, a couple of things could be improved. The marble corridors tend to echo, and because the guestroom doors have a noticeable gap at the floor, hallway noise carries into the rooms more than expected. The breakfast buffet also feels underwhelming compared to the standard of the hotel overall — functional but limited.

All bad. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights with balcony for 1.8 million per room. When we got there they put us in basement. Yes, basement with window to service hallway. Cost of this room was 1.4 mil. Didnt even tell us that they gave away our rooms when we arrived at 4pm. Only said sorry but no mention of refunding difference. Then our wall unit AC leaked all over floor. When we notified them of puddles of water on the floor they said they would send someone to clean it up. Noone ever showed up. Finally took a shower and the drain was clogged. Where to start! No soundproofing, you hear everything from the inside and outside. Poorly managed, half way through my stay they cancelled the buffet breakfast because lack of guests, I didn't find out until I went for breakfast and it was left to the poor staff to tell me!
