Phương Vy Luxury Hotel — Hotel in Da Lat City

There is nothing luxurious about this hotel, despite its name, except for its decent location from the Night Market. nearby are good restaurants that offer local cheap prices for their food.

However, the hotel would not let us rent their mopeds because they saw my daughter practicing a little on it, and she wasn’t used to its weight as of yet. I was going to compromise that I could drive instead, but the owner refused.

The rooms are alright, but they made us move hotels saying that they had registered customers and had to replace us with prioritized customers instead. They do not wash our clothes properly, and only machine dry them. I could smell a stink from my clothes after they return it and my daughter’s period stained pants remained stained. and they charge about 30-60k a kg. Mind you, i am pretty sure the lady that does room service stole my daughter’s wallet with almost 1000 dollars in it. We called the hotel and they claimed to not have seen anything.

the hotel that we were “upgraded” to was NOT an upgrade, and the hotel was a villa instead. the area was full of restaurants that weren’t very good and was farther from the night market for the same price of 400,000 vnd a night. Overall experience was bad, and i have never had a bad experience at Da Lat for the past four years visiting but this really made me not want...

Wonderful staying! The room was just lovely! The view, the interior, the decorations 😍 The most adorable balcony with breathtaking view! The hotel is very small and quiet, and it’s perfect! No irritating noise from bikes and buses, no any sounds of streets

The service is okay, although there was only one glass for two people, not even a cup or a mud, so we had to drink our tea from just one glass… But there was complimentary Chinese noodle, which was very nice. The internet is not very fast, sometimes I couldn’t watch smoothly

The problem was with the payment. They take a fee of 3% if you pay with credit card, which is unfair in my opinion. They say it is bank you takes the fee, but it’s obviously them who have to pay that fee for service, not the customer! It ruined my...

Lát sau có bạn nhân viên tên Vân là (sau cùng dc biet ban là lễ tân tại Phương Vy luxury hotel này) nt cho mình và báo là thay đổi hạng phòng của mình. Do có khách chốt nhưng bạn không biết, mình ok

Khi đến Memory check in thì bên đó lại báo kh có thông tin của mình, và sau khi check thì mới biết 2 bạn nhân viên trên tự ý đổi booking cua minh qua khách sạn Phương Vy Luxury (1 khách san ma mình kh hề biết hay lien he) nhưng không hề báo mình biết, tự ý đổi nha mn, 10h đêm tới nơi lạnh run mà kh hiểu chuyện gì

Bên Phương Vy kh he xin lỗi và lẫn Memory không hề có một giải thích thoả đáng cho mình

Roots cuộc tại sao hai bên khách sạn lại tự ý đổi qua đổi lại khách cho nhau mà kh báo khách

Tai sao bên Phương vy lại có thông tin của mình trong khi mình liên lạc qua hotline của Memory Inn

Sao thông tin phòng không 1 nhân viên nào nắm rõ, và lại sale linh tinh tự ý như vậy

Và Vân, Như là nhân viên sale linh tinh hay lễ tân của bên nào??? Trên page cả hai khách sạn này đều không hề nhắc đến thông tin của nhau, hay đề cập là chi nhánh của nhau
