Honestly the best travel agency in Da Lat originally we struggled to find anyone who was open or any agency at all. So I went online and whatsapped the company about canyonering, immediately the owner messaged me back with details, prices and availability. As we weren’t sure whether we wanted to do this or white water rafting he rang us, explaining it wasn’t the season for it and they wouldn’t suggest an activity that would be a waste of our money. Everything was confirmed on WhatsApp with many helpful details and later in the day we went to the shop to confirm and pay. Unfortunately we ran into some issues and became ill so I messaged him again asking if we could delay the date of the activity which they managed to do for us without any issues or complaints towards our last minute request. Due to becoming more sick throughout the day we decided we should attempt to get a refund as we were worried we wouldn’t be well enough for the activity. The manager again was so helpful and understanding and gave us the full refund which was the most relieving thing. All in all a very reliable and countable business that I would recommend to anyone. Immediate replies, understanding and helpful employees, and great...
Read moreHey, this tour with Sy Joan guide was wicked. 3 days 2 nights off the normal tourist path. Picked up from Da Lat first night at Lak Lake 2nd night in Buon Ma Thuot, then dropped off in Nga Trang. We seriously packed in so much. Just a few highlights, the wine and cricket farm tour, the subterranean wine cellar with the wine stored in ceramic vessels was amazing. It blew my mind. The up at ground level is the cricket breeding. Crickets for bird food, fishing & fried as snacks. Yes, I tried them and took some with us. The weasel coffee ☕️ farm was way better than I thought the weasel enclosures were massive, changed my mind about weasel coffee, so I tried a cup, and was not let down. The brick factory tour was both our favourite stop and we would never be able to do this tour back home with health & safety. Our guide Joan & Mr Phong our driver gave us a fabulous tour. We stopped at s myriad of places and Joan was happy to stop & show us anything. Off the beaten path is definitely the way...
Read moreI was traveling solo in Da Lat and originally wanted to book the “Trekking to Pinhatt & Kayaking on Tuyen Lam Lake” tour through Kl**k, but the platform didn’t allow booking for just one person. So I contacted Viet Challenge directly via WhatsApp—solo travelers like me can totally do that! 😊
Big thanks to our guide Sin and the other guide (sorry I didn’t catch the spelling of his name!). We were lucky to have good weather the whole hike without any rain. Sin spoke great English and was such a warm and caring person. I’m really grateful for their guidance throughout the day. The lunch they provided was also hearty and delicious!🍌🥖🥗🥒🍅🍍🥭🥮🍪
If you’re planning to join, I highly recommend wearing hiking shoes. I underestimated the trail and wore regular sneakers, almost slipped a few times! 😅 They do provide trekking poles and water, which was really helpful. Oh, and don’t forget to eat a proper breakfast before heading up...
