Q Hostel — Hotel in Da Lat City

It looks a lovely place and we wanted to have lunch there. However, there were other clients started smoking inside. We asked the staff to tell them smoke outdoor. But the staffs couldn't do it for us because of some reason, we were not sure. Maybe they didn't think it's a big issue of smoking indoor. Then we had no choice but leave. NO ONE wants to eat when people smoking around AT ALL. Hope the hostel owner and staffs can start making rules and ask people smoke outdoor since they have a very cozy balcony. Otherwise, the hostel will lose many clients...

Nice design with coffee shop at the first floor. I ordered double bed room, price is good for your money but not best. I dont like wet bathroom for all days, i think need more ventilation fan. Room is small, not very clean and relatively noisy when people walk around. You will be asked for fee to pre check-in if you arrived earlier 14h00. If not, let ask the staff again. If yes, let make a lunch and coffee around the hostel and come...

Very accommodating and helpful staff. Tell the staff if you need direction, taxi, tour or transport pickup, they will arrange everything. That's a two thumbs up service.

Basic room has shower. The room needs to be improved in terms of door locks and exhaust fan in the shower room.

The price is v affordable.
