BOOK LOCAL AND IN PERSON, NOT THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Note this company contracts out all tours to local drivers and take a large premium to do so. When a problem arises, the customer is not right, and they will keep your money.

Booked tour online, immediately had issues with international transfer being recognised as sent despite having a receipt. Numerous phone calls with random men from this company asking us to send more money and that the tour might not go ahead. They sent a driver to our hotel who had no idea of the financial confusion and was ready to go, the company then used this to pressure us to re send the money.

Once it was agreed that we would go on the tour with the company and they would trust the transfer had been made, we started the tour. We immediately began to question the value for money of the tour given the extensive deviations in the itinerary and the quality of accomodation booked.

At the end of our first day we reviewed the itinerary and politely requested we adhere to the advertised program, which lead to deep levels of confusion between the driver, us and the company. Our driver wanted to quit the tour citing that he hadn't been paid and wouldn't continue the tour on this basis. We were then offered a new driver at which point we were not comfortable or confident in what we paid for. We requested a refund for the remaining days (3 of 5) and offered to ride the bike back to Hoi An to assist the driver. This was met with extensive stonewalling and gaslighting with multiple different apparent members of the company, culminating in the manager (?) insisting the driver was advised to refund us the money, which he wouldn't do claiming he wasn't told this or able to do so.

We were left in the position that we either forfeit the entire amount or go on the tour, no other options were offered. The company was extremely unprofessional in their handling of these issues completely outside our control; the customer should not have to act as an intermediary between contractor and business. Our driver implied if we didn't go on the tour he would suffer serious consequences which raised further doubts at that point.

We chose to go on the tour despite our serious misgivings and try to move on to enjoy the rest of the tour with the driver. We recommend booking local and in person because the riding itself is beautiful and good fun.

For spending 3.6mil VND per day, you can get much more for your money; hire a bike and a local tour guide for much less and save yourself the money but more importantly the pain.

We took the 4-day tour from Dalat to Mui Ne and it was such an amazing experience, undoubtedly one of the peaks of our entire trip to Vietnam! The Easy Rider team was so professional- we met Tuan in their office in dalat. There he took the time to sit with us and discuss all the details of our trip. We are so happy about his advice to take the 4 day trip to Mui Ne. We enjoyed about 3 days of mountainous central highlands beautiful scenery, while in the last day we drove mainly in the plain towards the sea. On each of the days we stopped a lot at many interesting places to experience parts of Vietnam we could have never travel to by ourselves. These included many groves and orchards, different local families producing products like rice wine, rice paper and brooms in their homes, and enjoying waterfalls and amazing view points on the way. Our guides and drivers were Roy and Terry, and we couldn't ask for better ones. They were perfect guides, knew so much interesting information, explained with perfect English and were so friendly and fun. You could really feel how dedicated and professional they are, making sure we have the best time on tour and putting so much effort and passion so that we fully experience the real rural Vietnam. Our journey with Easy Riders Vietnam from Hoi An to Da Nang via the high country was absolutely brilliant. Sunny, our guide, and Nam, our driver, made the trip an unforgettable experience.

Sunny was incredibly knowledgeable, always happy to share insights about the culture, history, and landscapes we were exploring. His genuine love for Vietnam shone through, and his cheerful nature (along with his patience to laugh at some of my jokes!) kept the trip lively and fun.

Nam was a fantastic driver, making us feel completely safe throughout. We had no hesitation leaving our belongings in his care, and his calm and caring manner added to the overall sense of comfort on the trip.

The route itself took us to parts of Vietnam we’d never have seen otherwise—breathtaking highlands, hidden gems, and unique cultural experiences. The flexibility they offered made the trip feel truly personalised, as they were more than happy to adapt plans to suit our needs.

The BBQ and karaoke were definite highlights, even if my singing left something to be desired! Sunny and Nam’s positivity and enthusiasm turned every moment into a memorable one.
