Ha Giang Vegetarian - Homestay & Restaurant — Hotel in Hà Giang

Stayed the night before we started our loop. Absolutely the kindest and most welcoming hosts we’ve encountered on our trip. Beautiful and tastefully decorated rooms, great air conditioning, lovely view across the river and a peaceful night’s sleep :) If you’re concerned about road noise, ask for a room on the river side of the building- the staff are all lovely and will accommodate if they can.

The hosts even invited us to join them for family dinner, which was one of the most authentic and enjoyable experiences of our trip, sharing a meal and stories through google translate- they are wonderful and kind people. The vegetarian restaurant food was also phenomenal. Highly recommend the stuffed aubergine and spring rolls.

I don't usually write reviews :) But I feel the need to do so here because it is, so far, my best hotel in Vietnam.

This place is wonderful, I felt at home here straight away.

The room is large (the double room facing the street is larger than the room with a river view) and clean, the food is absolutely delicious (vegan/vegetarian, rich in protein and nutrients), the staff is very, very friendly.

There are earplugs in the room for the noise that is on the street here. And there is water, coffee, tea and sweets in the room.

The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.

This place is incredible. We stayed there for 2 nights and needed up having breakfast lunch and dinner, it was amazing. The room is clean and as you expect. The girls working there are a delight and very helpful. Breakfast was included, but lunch and dinner we chose to have there as it was the best in town. Many different varieties of tofu, aubergine, soups and morning glory all incredibly tasty and good and great value for money. I cannot recommend it...
