Bún Chả Tân Sơn - Hà Giang — Restaurant in Hà Giang

Not that I’m an expert by any means but this was overall my favorite bun cha in all of Vietnam. I found it simply by doing a Google search. I came two nights in a row, wish I could’ve eaten here for a week.

Not only was it delicious but the family that run it are very friendly and the man showed me what to add into my sauce (even though I already knew) which I really appreciated. There’s been a few times in Vietnam that I’ve not been really sure about where to begin once my food arrives lol.

I will remember this place forever, if you’re doing the loop do yourself a favor and stop in here...

Delicious and filling bun cha for 30k. Owners are wonderful and very nice. They were all sitting outside playing with their baby when I showed up. The father sat down with me and showed me how he likes to use the spices and whatnot then later came back and drank some rice wine with me, then later came and topped up my bowl with more broth. Very good! They don't have a menu, I just sit there and they brought me a huge bun Cha, with a very tasty broth, not bland as I've had in other places. With complimentary fresh erbs and a bowl of what I assume was pickled papaya with chili. All for a very honest 30k price. Easily...
