Holly’s Hostel Hà Giang B&B — Hotel in Hà Giang

Holly has been one of the sweetest people I have met. I stayed here before going on the Ha Giang loop, and during the loop I had a motorcycle accident and broke my foot. I was alone in a foreign country unable to walk, but I texted her I was at the hospital and asked if I could book a room again. She came to the hospital without me even asking.

Throughout my recovery she has helped me the entire time from helping at the hospital due to the language barrier to transporting me to and from the hospital. She has taken amazing care of me by cooking food for me and bringing it up to my room, so I could recover. Without her, I wouldn’t have been able to recover in peace due to my injury. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Before the loop she provided me with a map, gave me an itinerary, and recommended places to check out. She also brought me to QT to pick up my motorcycle.

Besides her amazing service, the room is amazing as well. It is very clean and there is an AC/Heater with a comfortable bed. This is a new hotel, so there aren’t many reviews currently, but don’t let that prevent you from staying here. I would 100% stay here if I come to Ha...

I contacted Holly inquiring on a motosai rental. I could not have made a better choice. Everything I asked about Holly was true. I stayed a total of three njghts. 1 in the beginning and 2 at the end. Now wishing I stayed another night or 2 Rooms are very clean and fresh. Good bed. Wifi is excellent. You can even do some laundry on the top floor. Holly is very responsive on WhatsApp. Honest. Always smiling. Great attitude. Will help you in anything you need or info. Highly recommend booking with her. I dont give a lot of reviews. But Hollys is spot on

Holly is a delight. She adjusted breakfast to our dietary needs, is great company and is very helpful. Her daughter is also very cute!

Our room was clean, with a very good shower (good power, and the best we've had in terms of temperature control), and A/C.

We stayed before and after our Ha Giang loop tour, and she let us keep our stuff at her hostel whilst also keeping a room for us.

The duvet was thicker than needed so we had to leave the A/C on all night. It's also a little out of the main touristy area so a taxi was needed to get to the main western...
