This location is in Cầu Giấy which is kind of off the way from Old Quarters. Only good if you can somehow understand some Vietnamese Words as the locals here are not very fluent in English. But... they can understand your English. They usually don't know how to reply you. So far the people are friendly in this region. So I recommend you if you are a first time traveller?
