A1 Hill Hanoi Hotel — Hotel in Hà Nội

We stayed here for 5 nights and had an excellent experience. It's not a large hotel, but they make up for that with friendly staff who are always willing to help, an excellently delicious and clean breakfast, great room cleaning services, and a clean and comfortable room with great TV, aircon and wifi. Even though some may complain that it's not near the touristy part of town, my friends and I loved exploring the back streets and the markets near here...this felt like a piece of real Vietnam. We could easy take the taxi/Grab to anywhere (this is just behind a main road) and had such a great experience here. Coming back here after a long day was like coming home. The location is awful and theres nothing to see or do within walking distance. The rooms stink of cigarettes and most annoying of all they haven't finished construction so was rudely awaken at 8 am by very load construction workers that didnt stop until 10 pm. Avoid this place, I wish I could ask for my money back but they dont see the problem with taking your money for a room you cant sleep or relax in.
