If I could, I would give zero star. Only location is good everything else just zero. Please read the lowest review of any property first to get real information always. And fake reviews also if you read carefully. Staffs are not friendly at all and a bit boasted with unnecessary ego if you tell them any inconvenience about the property. We booked an upper floor room and even confirmed the day before arrival and the day of arrival, and the morons gave us downstairs tiny room. Then after so much argument they said our booked room was not available and if at next day afternoon available they insisted they will transfer our baggage (which we didn’t gave any consent). Their lies about the room got so eccentric that we were about to call police. Then as compensation they said they will give us "FREE BREAKFAST 🙄" (which is most tasteless version of Pho i have ever tried just for next morning). Next morning there was another young girl with nasty behaviour was at reception instead of previous night's jerk. The girl was pressing us to stay on that tiny room downstairs near street though we paid for the one-bedroom apart with balcony in upperfloor. After much argument, they moved us to one-bedroom wasting one day and one night of our vacation and ruining all holiday mood but it was just start. Room had smell and moldy in some corner. after we cameback from grocery and was ready to cook, turned out their freaking stovetop doesn’t work. Again we had to go n call them as they Don't have intercom and only available on whatsapp. At the middle of night finally they agreed to give us an induction top. At that point, we decided this place just a full scam. They Don't take care of the place or the owner maybe just careless to run this place by morons to snatch...

We booked a room here for two people. The receptionist checked us into a room on the first floor at the end of the hall. Our initial reaction to our room was disappointment since it looked NOTHING like the photos they provided on the Booking.com site. Especially for the price that we paid. To begin, there were stains and marks on the walls with objects in the room broken or falling apart. The window just had a plastic cover on it with no curtains or lock. It overall just didn’t feel clean to us. There was also a general damp odour in the room. We asked for a different room and got change to a slightly bigger one next door where we found the previous guest food scraps in the sink. Also, my friend who can read and speak Vietnamese noticed there was a sign at the reception desk with hourly ratings…which was suspicious making us to believe that the rooms we were staying in could’ve been used as a love hotel given how unkept it was…I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Please save...

I choose to stay in that place for the second time this year during my visit in Hanoi. Last time I got high floor room and everything was just perfect! Unfortunately, this time even though I requested high floor apartment, I got the first floor one with explanation that there is nothing else available. Young boy in the lobby propose me to move to one of their different apartments if I am not satisfy with that one, but then he stop replying and I decided to give it a chance and stay. Please be aware that is very noisy there, especially if you choose room facing lake. Noises from the street, as well as people conversations until very late night, as there are several cafe shops and restaurants right downstairs. First day, washing machine got broken, then lighting , after the wardrobe. Electric pot was also impossible to use, even though they always send someone to fix and help. Apartment 201 should be renovated, as it’s simply old. Beside all of that, my...
