The staff were friendly and the room was nice. It’s a quiet area and walking distance to cafes, shops, and the lake. The staff helped me with my bags when I arrived which was very kind. However, the room I was given did not have a TV, even though the description said it would have one. When I contacted the owner, they said that they gave my room to one of their personal friends, so they put me in a room without a TV. I booked well in advance, so there was no reason for this. The hotel is new offering great size open space rooms with overhead projector and air conditioning. Plenty room for scooter parking as well. A little hard to find but only a short stoll from the lake. Lots of cafes and eateries around the area with lake views. Seems to be a couple locals living there but also open for holiday makers as well. If you want a little break from the hustle and bustle I would definately recommend this place.
