In Ho Chi Minh City we have already stayed at “M Village”, and when we flew to Hanoi, choosing this hotel chain wasn't even a question - we only needed to choose the location. This is a good hotel, new, clean, with nice renovations, pleasant smell and overall I recommend it.
Pros: nice and polite staff. Only the most polite, kind, and attentive people on the planet work here; Perfect cleanliness. Excellent daily cleaning. Fresh snow-white towels, soft and fluffy. Clean new bed linens; Good Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, enough for video calls; The hotel has a coworking space, common dining area, swimming pool, billiards, and mini-football – entertainment for all tastes; Good sound insulation (road noise doesn't disturb sleep); Air conditioner works well; Both hot and cold water available, good water pressure to wash long hair; 24-hour check-in; But overall there are small disadvantages too: Some rooms don't have windows. I booked a Superior room for 7 days. Nowhere in my booking was it mentioned that this would be a windowless room. The receptionist also didn't mention this during check-in. I couldn’t understand how words “Superior” and “Without windows” could stand in one sentence. We arrived at night and didn't have the energy to change rooms. I suffered for two nights in this room, realized I couldn't sleep in such a closed space, and then asked to change it. Living for a whole week like in a box was absolutely impossible. The kindest staff in the world changed our room, and after that, I realized what a great hotel this is
Location. The hotel is located across the river, which is both a plus and minus. There are no crowds or noisy tourists, the area is quiet and peaceful, but in the morning traffic jams form on the bridge, and sometimes taxis didn't want to take our order for this reason. Sometimes they also wouldn't pick us up from the city. The bus stop 3 minutes away saved us. There are no nice cafes nearby for a proper breakfast, so you have to go to the city or order Grab
Overall, the impression of the hotel is good. If it weren't for the windowless room, everything would have been...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of staying at M Village hotel for a week, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how thoughtfully designed and well-equipped this place is. It truly has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable long-term and short stay.
The co-working spaces are modern, quiet, and perfect for getting work done, while the pool and gym provided the ideal balance of relaxation and staying active. The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer for me. It allowed me to prepare my own meals, which was not only convenient but also made my stay feel more like home. And speaking of home, the garden is an absolute gem—a serene oasis where I could unwind with a book or just enjoy the fresh air.
Practical amenities like the laundry facilities made my week-long stay so much easier, and the entertainment room was a fun bonus for relaxing after a busy day.
What truly sets this hotel apart is how it seamlessly combines the convenience of a hotel with the comfort of a home. It’s clear that every detail has been carefully considered to make long stays as enjoyable as possible. The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.
If you’re looking for a place that has it all—whether for work, relaxation, or a bit of both—this hotel is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return for another stay!

Read moreI’m writing this review while still staying at the hotel — and it may well be one of my favourite hotel experiences in Vietnam.
The room is exceptionally well designed: minimalist yet highly functional. From the desk to the lounge chair to the bed, everything feels intentionally placed for comfort and convenience. It has all the essentials, with appliances positioned exactly where you’d want them - nothing feels cluttered or excessive.
What really stands out is how immaculately clean the room is - a welcome change after encountering stray hairs in too many other hotel stays. The space is bright, well-maintained, and stocked with thoughtful amenities. I booked a Deluxe City View room and couldn’t be happier.
It’s also a great place for anyone wanting to avoid the noise of the busy streets - ideal if you're looking to sit back, relax, or get some work done in peace. Despite being quiet and calm, the hotel is just one bridge away from the old town, so you're close to all the action without being in the middle of it.
The front desk staff are consistently helpful and genuinely eager to assist with anything.
The gym and self-service laundry facilities are great bonuses. The price is very competitive, and I sincerely hope they maintain it - I’ll definitely...
