this place has such a good vibe, and the owners are just the sweetest! Everything is spotless, which I really appreciate. Oh, and a little tip: if you don't mind a room without much natural light (the windows face a concrete wall), they're actually quieter than the ones with daylight. But hey, all the rooms have AC, which is awesome. The Wi-Fi here is top-notch, although there's no specific workspace - you can sit on the kitchen table on the ground floor. There's a super modern washing machine and kitchen, with full equipment. Plus, get this, sometimes the owner invites guests over for meals! The neighborhood is so peaceful, and getting around is a breeze with the Grab app. It's only about a 20-minute ride to Hoan Kiem Lake on a motorcycle, and there are plenty of cafes, Ho Tay Lake, and restaurants...

Super lovely, warm and attentive family! The house was a bit inside of tiny alley and the host texted me around my check in time to make sure I can find the place. You have everything you need; kitchen, washing machine, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, drinking water, little snacks and instant noodles. I recommend the rooms with window if you stay long:) I really felt home here.

Un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel, nous avons payé 350 000 Vnd par nuit pour une chambre avec un lit double dans un quartier très paisible afin d'y séjourner 4 jours.

La chambre est propre et joliment décorée, le lit est lui aussi très propre, aucun problème d'humidité et la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement bien.

Tout est fourni, serviettes, savons, shampooing, eau en bouteille, café, thé, des petits gâteaux et même des bonbons anti-toux.

La salle de bain est commune avec une autre chambre, elle est propre et très bien équipée.

Vous pouvez demander à l'hôte pour utiliser gratuitement son lave linge et vous pourrez l'entendre au dernier étage.

L'hôte est adorable et très disponible par message, elle n'est pas toujours présente mais elle passe quand même régulièrement.
