New Sky Airport Hotel — Hotel in Hà Nội

I don't often feel the need to give bad reviews but I just wanted to share my experience. Don't get me wrong, the location of this hotel as well as the hotel itself is great for what we needed before our flight out in the morning! Unfortunately, the staff we were greeted with were less than welcoming. We didn't have any issues checking in but when we asked if they could print out a form we needed for our flight, the staff member at the desk continually laughed, shook his head and said no without further explanation.We could see the printer on the desk and tried to use google translate to explain the situation but he wouldn't even look at our phone or at us to try to help. We eventually gave up and thought maybe they just don't allow guests to use their printer which is completely fine but when my husband left a review regarding the situation the owner responded with a very negative message (now has been edited) saying that we were liars and that they always allow guests to use their printer. Overall were not impressed with way we were spoken to during our stay or after. Wouldn't recommend.

Just thought I would respond to the owners comment. I'm sorry, you might have me confused with another guest as there was no email provided. When we brought down our computer to ask if this was a possibility we were immediately told no. I think there may have been some miscommunication between us and the staff if you were told a different story. I visited this hotel for a family event on April 8 and chose it due to its proximity to the airport. Although I only intended to stay one night, I left early because of substandard cleanliness, poor customer service, and inflated prices. It’s evident that this establishment preys on unsuspecting tourists they’re unlikely to see again.

The front desk staff were extremely pushy, insisting I upgrade to the “best” room. My friend, who stayed there a few days prior, booked a regular room but unknowingly ended up in the same room type I was forced to pay extra for as a so-called upgrade. Additionally, he booked online but was told upon arrival that his reservation had been canceled. They then offered him a room at a much higher price.

No friends or visitor can come to the room íts horrible the way treat customers we has paid for 2 double bed rooms but after a few hours, he trying to tell us not any friends can come to our roôm. We were all registered properly with documentation per his request. Thế beds are uncomfortable and hard. Very happy there is massage nearby.

Location is great as it is only 5-10 minutes from the airport. But số are many others hotel from this street.
