KAWASAKI NỘI BÀI AIRPORT HOTEL — Hotel in Hà Nội

Close to the airport so makes life easy when arriving and departing Hanoi. Hotel sent their driver and a luxury car to collect me after I’d arrived at Hanoi airport late night after a delayed flight from Da Nang - free of charge! Lovely gesture from the hotel and really appreciated the quick and efficient service! Room was nice and had bottles of water, tea and coffee sachets provided, with a mini bar at your own cost. Shower room was very funky, and toiletries were provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, ear buds etc), and I was able to enjoy a shower after my long day. Breakfast was tasty and tea/coffee is also provided. Breakfast consisted of fried eggs, baked sweet potatoes, fried noodles, local porridge, watermelon slices, etc. The dining room itself is really fancy, with a waterfall feature that gives a calming effect. Staff are friendly and helpful, I left my bags with them when I went out sightseeing. Thank you again, was able to see the city and have a rest before and after! We absolutely loved the glimpse of the local village life with the rise of the sun, and in such a short proximity from the airport. We loved the beautiful views from our room on the red roofs n green rice fields; we eejoyed superb breakfast , both local n western cuisine; the restaurant itself is very atmospheric , and it has a command 360° panoramic green view on the surroundings. We appreciate it's hospitality and willingness to go an extra mile for us by offering to do our supermarket ride to buy missing clothes by the morning. 💖💖💖 And yes, we loved the hard tatami bed - these are very eco friendly and good...

Everything ok, except..when i go this hotel, i see google map. I can't find the adress. And i say to staff at my hotel to help me. He write the adress, saw the map its separatly like to the hotel. We go by bus from old quarter, at arrive at the bus station 22.30 pm. We walk as a street show. And actually its wrong. We stop in front office and the bus driver help us to call taxi. And its 30 mnt from our place. We are so afraid coz its so night n' no body's. I think the owner must be do something note to people about the adress. The staff, only 1 for service. N' the breakfast not like i want. Its just 5 mnt...
