The hotel looked exactly liked advertised. It was clean, spacious and the breakfast is delicious. You can walk to the bay and a shopping center. The personnel was always super friendly and asked everyday if we need something or if we want housekeeping. We can recommend this place if you want to have a nice time in Halong City.

No issues that would keep me from staying. The first day, the AC was not on and went out when we left the room because we only had one keycard which turns on the electrics. It was so hot, that we sweated but after a few hours and the days following it was perfectly air-conditioned. On the first day we also had to get the cleaning staff again because there was hair and dirt left from the previous people.
