Maison Cat Ba Bay View Villa — Hotel in Hải Phòng

I made a reservation and immediately called to cancel it. The owner offered a discount over the phone, which I accepted. On the day of arrival the owner asked for my time off arrival. Ten minutes before that time, at 14:20, I got a call saying that the hotel needed to be closed due to issues with the electricity / water. I was offered alternative accommodation, which I refused. The Maison Catba Bay View Villa was awesome. We had one of our best stays in this Hotel during our trip trough Vietnam.|The Room was very clean and modern. We had a nice view over the harbour-bay area and the bed was very comfortable.|Trang as our host was very polite and made us very delicious breakfast every morning. First of all when we arrived there was no one there and we needed to wait for an hour to someone to get us in. The place wasn't the cleanest and there was mold in the shower. We wonted to cancel our reservation due to the mold because it is dangerous to breathe fungus, the owner was rude and he didn't let us cancel.
