Beach Stone Villa by Pao Homes — Hotel in Hội An

We stayed at Stone Villa for 4 nights in January and can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation! This was probably the very best air bnb we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in many over the years!). The accommodation is located in Hoi An on the beach in an area that is a bit quieter. It's a 2-minute walk to the sea in a section where not everything is paved over with sun loungers. There is also a huge saltwater pool surrounded by palm trees and other green plants. It is a little further to the old town, but it was more important to us to stay close to the beach than in the bustling city centre. There are also plenty of restaurants, beach bars and cafés within walking distance of the villa. If we wanted to go into the old town, we simply got a grab (Vietnamese uber) and could be in the heart of Hoi An in 10-15 minutes for very little money. The accommodation itself is super large, clean and very lovingly furnished. But the very best thing was the owners Pao, Amy and Leo. On arrival you are greeted with a welcome drink and given lots of recommendations for restaurants, activities and more on request. They are always available and make sure you have a perfect time. You can also book a delicious breakfast by the pool on request. I planned a birthday surprise for my boyfriend's birthday with Pao, Amy and Leo. For a very reasonable price, they cooked us a 5-course Vietnamese meal of the finest quality, set up a beautifully decorated table right by the pool and even provided a personalised cake and balloon for my boyfriend! With great attention to detail, they really made this day unforgettable.

It is really a home away from home and we wouldn't hesitate for a second to come...

Admittedly, I very rarely write reviews, as it's easy to get lost in the hustle and bustle of traveling. But I will be thinking about this place for a long time to come. This is by far one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in - if not the best (and I've stayed in a lot): This is partly down to the place itself of course, which is relaxed and super located (a few steps to the beach and a few minute grab into town), but mainly I'd like to highlight the service. Amy and the rest of the team looked after us better than almost anyone else: it starts with the lovingly written welcome letter and drink, continues with various restaurant recommendations, organizational favors, delicious breakfast options and doesn`t even stop after our check-out. Everything here is lovingly designed and well thought out. And everyone here goes out of their way to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants to experience a relaxing time in Hoi...

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is great—a short walk to the beach.

The property is even more beautiful than the photos, with a lovely and peaceful garden – beautifully maintained (shoutout to the gardeners!).

This place offers a peaceful, relaxing oasis; and a perfect place to rewind after adventures in the picturesque Hoi An or the lovely beach.

The pool was a highlight—crystal clear and perfect for a chilling dip with a glass of wine in the evening.

The hostess was the kindest and most helpful – making sure we had all we needed.

This place are highly recommend by us, as a perfect beach getaway with perfect hospitality – just a short drive...
