Le Petit Villa Hoi An — Hotel in Hội An

The infrastructure is very old and some are not working 😮‍💨. You can see in the picture the floor has some crashed and humidity also the bathroom door is not working. This hotel is kind of family service 🤡, their family stay right here and i feel uncomfortable when using the pool because i feel like host stares at me all the time (their room nextby the pool) 🤡. In the first day I come there are no receptionist stay here so that I have to call them, the guy who talk to me is labor 🥲 but this fine anyway. The last day there no one that i can check out the room, they leave their son (about 10 years old)to watch the hotel lol 🙏, no one helps two girls to carry 20 kilograms package to ground floor 😀 very annoy us, I feel like they are not really responsible for their customers or they are not well trained for such kind of this area. I stumbled upon it one day and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing experience there.||The rooms at the Villa are beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. Checked in and assigned top floor room which was nice (informed that we got a family room due to water issues) however the following day while on a day trip in Hoi An, we received numerous messages stating that the staff would be moving our bags to another room- we had not packed our bags and had valuables in the room. My partner replied that we would be back in one hour however, when we got back my suitcase was lying outside in the corridor. New room was nice, went out on night 2 and came back around 1am.
