Mai Chau dreams Homestay — Hotel in Hoà Bình province

In a beautiful, clean, quiet and green village of Mai-Chau—which is full of wonderful stilt-houses, this charming home-stay was too good. Our room was on the 2nd floor; it was clean and had a beautiful sit-out area overlooking ample greenery. The adjoining areas and villages are all very picturesque and clean. There are e-carts available to visit the nearby rice-fields and villages inhabited by the different tribes. |The family that runs the homestay was full of care; with everyone smiling and caring. They laid out for us an elaborate vegetarian spread for dinner. There were too many yummy and local veggie options for us which left us surprised, and happy! 😊: A basic but very decent place to stay in Mai Chau. The room was simple but clean, and it served its purpose well. Wi-Fi wasn’t the strongest, but it was good enough for everyday use.

The biggest plus was the friendly and helpful staff – they were always ready to assist with anything we needed.

I cannot imagine a better experience in Mai Chau than at Mai Chau Dreams homestay. Nim and Hue were unbelievable hosts, extremely welcoming and generous with their time and knowledge. What a spectacularly beautiful place they have in Pom Coong. They welcomed me into a fantastic dinner with their family, drank beer and rice wine, and helped me with the logistics of renting a motorbike and getting the local bus back to Hanoi.
