New Land Nam Thong 3 — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

Notice to all foreigners who are thinking about living in this building.

I stayed here for 7 months. While the apartment had its pros and cons, I experienced significant difficulty with obtaining the proof of residence with Newland Home. It took the manager of the building two weeks just to print out the form, and then another two weeks to get it stamped.

The document was not signed and stamped properly and was rejected by the police when I applied for my criminal record check.

This process took 3-5 days in the other apartments I lived in.

The helpdesk and manager do not respond to text messages consistently when I tried to ask them to amend the document.

I am still struggling to get a police check due to the lack of support and help from Newland Home.

Receiving this document promptly is very important for your visa status and work permit in Vietnam.

I would not recommend living in this apartment for this reason as the management did not help me.
