I recently visited this restaurant seeing the promising reviews on Google, but my experience turned out to be nothing but disappointments. My friend and I arrived on a Saturday afternoon around 2 pm, there were a couple occupied tables and so we were promptly greeted by the staff. Initially, things seemed promising.
We ordered two dishes along with two bowls of rice. However, our optimism quickly dwindled. After a few minutes of ordering, we were informed that only one bowl of rice was available, with a 10 minutes wait for the second. While mildly inconvenient, we were understanding.
Soon after, we were told again they had run out of a certain mushroom for the dish and offered a substitution, this was about 5-7 mins into the order. Again, we were OK with it, hungry and trying to maintain a positive outlook. However, what followed was an agonizing wait of 50 minutes long for our food to arrive.
When the dishes finally came, they were lukewarm at best. Worse still, both bowls of rice were undercooked and soggy, they were inedible. We promptly alerted the waitress, who promised to replace the rice. However, despite another 10 minutes wait, the fresh rice still hasn’t come.
By this point, we were too hungry to be able to wait any longer, and the cold, lackluster food left us with no choice but to abandon our meal and leave. The excuses provided, were they had a shift changes, but still failed to justify the unacceptable quality of the food – undercooked rice and cold dishes are simply inexcusable.
Overall, my experience at this restaurant was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING with the subpar food quality. Despite the initial appeal of the ambiance, the reality fell far short of expectations, DEEPLY...
Read moreA nice decent place to enjoy vegetarian food. I came here for the first with my vegetarian friends and my first impression here is warm and cozy, the food is very special and tasteful making me think that these are not vegetarian meal. The meal is combined with multiple local vegetables and sauces based on the Vietnamese taste and cook. This could somehow reflecting the Vietnamese culture in every dishes here. The menu is listed with breakfast, various main dishes and beautiful drinks that’s written in both English and Vietnamese so you could design your own meal based your taste to enjoy with family and friends. Furthermore, this place is sort and clean and comfortable that could be easy for anybody to come and try the food here. At the beginning we sit at the table in the restaurant. The table is empty and just the flowers. But with the food is served the tableware are set up in an instant by the staff and not missing any tool or sauce. The staffs are really helpful and nice. They introduced us the menu very clear and great to suggested us the best dishes on the menu. The Internet here is also good and fast and you could park your car or bike in front of the building for free. The the service above so the price is acceptable. I’ll comeback here again to try other dishes. How you all could have a good experience at this...
Read moreCame with a large group of 11 adults and 7 kids for my father-in-law's birthday. We made a reservation so there was no wait. The selection is very large, from food to drinks. Recommend looking those up ahead of time or ask the staff to recommend dishes based on your liking. The food was delectable. Some dishes were surprising but in good taste such as chayote flowers stir fried with steamed peanuts. There are plenty of dishes without mushrooms or tofu for those who don't like these. I personally like fried mushrooms the best. Very crunchy and hearty. Portion is also easy for sharing. Highly recommend if that's what you're looking for. The food was flavorful without being salty or sweet. No fake or imitation meat is used. A top spot for good, healthy eat. I was quite full at the end...
