Comfortable Bed but Confusing Room Label

What we liked: It's located next to the bus station going to the airport. I like the comfortable bed and the strong hot shower. It has cable TV with English channels, a mini-fridge, a hair dryer, 2 chairs with a coffee table. It has an elevator, too.

What we disliked: I booked the "Twin Room WITH VIEW" because we want a room with a natural light coming from outside. When we arrived, the lady sent us to this room with twin beds with window but FACING A WALL. It's too dim inside if you turn off the lights, we can't even breathe fresh air, no natural light coming from outside, plus you can hear the screaming baby from the ground floor. We got so tired from the trip that we decided to take a bath, however, we can't sleep in a small room which we did not expect in the first place. So, I complained to the lady and her husband and we got ourselves transferred to a new room with a huge queen bed, a balcony, a nice view of the city. This is what I was looking for but we had to pay extra money to stay and so I paid them the full amount. I mean, we don't care if it's twin or one big bed as long as it's not located next to a wall. I hope they will change their listing to "Twin Room" only, without the word "with view" because it's confusing and deceiving.

On the last night of our stay, we were surprised to see the hotel got locked up. There's nobody inside and the door has a stainless cable with a lock! We got so worried because our things are inside. Can you imagine staying in a hotel where the door is closed? We had to wait for the owner to arrive, and an old woman arrived in a few minutes with...

The stay at Kings was really really good. The host was very friendly, the location is good and the room was extremely clean. We slept good in our big beds (1,20!) and had a great shower in the nice and warm bathroom. In the morning Steven served us a good breakfast. He and his family was really helpful....

The owner wanted 2 milion for luggae storage for 5 days(!), and also withdrew from the possibility of money transfer payment without giving a reason (I asked about the reason and he was unable to answer, only in cash) although there was no problem before. very hard to talk...
