Điều quan trọng nhất vẫn là giá trị cốt lõi. Đối với nhà hàng, bỏ qua những tiêu chí diêm dúa được tạo ra bởi xã hội hiện đại như: vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm, tiện nghi, thiết kế không gian, bài trí bố cục bàn kế, vị trí đắc địa...thì công thức chế biến, nguyên liệu nấu chuẩn cộng với bàn tay tài hoa của đầu bếp lão luyện sẽ cho ra đời những món ẩm thực có giá trị vượt thời gian. Nói như vậy không phải những món ăn ở đây xuất sắc gì cả, chỉ là những món ăn ở đây mang màu thời gian và có chút ý tứ, tính toán được đặt vào nhằm tăng chất lượng cao hơn so với các quán ăn bình dân cho người lao động nghèo. Went here for the first time based on a local friend's recommendation and I was not disappointed. If you are looking for some authentic Vietnamese dishes and "mắm", then this is the place to go. The server was very honest and interesting; he told me I ordered too much foods at first and only let me ordered more after I assured him that I wanted to try everything. Expensive. Meal tax extra 8%. Serves too much food. Does not serve smaller plates for smaller groups at lower prices. Small table for four people. We arrived and ended with zero other guests. Does not take credit card with with high priced meals. Still asked for cash when we had to electronic transfer. Nothing enjoyable about this place whatsoever. Dish sizes only appropriate for big groups yet atmosphere is not compatible with big groups being a dingy hole...
