Terrible experience – both the apartment and the service

Apartment: I booked a “sea view” unit, but you can only see the ocean if you lean far out from the balcony. Staff insisted that “as long as the sea is technically visible, it counts.” The apartment is in terrible condition – walls are peeling, furniture is damaged, and it smells like a dirty kitchen with old food. Many listed amenities were missing: no slippers, no fan, no iron, no toiletries. For four people, they provided only two old, torn towels. The blanket smelled musty, like it hadn’t been washed in weeks. When we complained, they simply said “the building is old,” showing zero concern for maintenance.

Service: Completely unprofessional. When we asked to resolve the issue, the male staff was rude and untrained. The female staff said she had no authority. When we asked to speak to the owner, they outright refused, saying “the owner doesn’t work with guests.” Then they just ignored us. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a long-established tourist city.

Location: Close to the beach, but the beach is rocky and dirty – nothing like the photos. You need to be very careful to avoid getting injured. It’s quite far from good restaurants or attractions. It’s better to stay near Tran Phu Street.

Great location lots of restaurants around! The apartment had 2 bedrooms, excellent working air conditions in every room! Good size fridge, stove top, washing machine, x2 en-suite! Plenty of lifts to upper floors’ opposite the beautiful beach! Around 4km from main Nha Trang centre! Only down side was the showers which went straight onto the floors you had your toilets! No shower screens! Netflix and other streaming services if you log in great size TV! Over all as great place to have a week in Nha Trang! Have to wait for the staff very long. The equipment is bad and dirty, nothing fine from the shower to the mattress in the bedroom, which have broken and we can not sleep normally. Facilities is terrible. Broken door, the cabinet in the kitchen is missing its door. Very dirty lavabo, and it lean forward, cannot carry anything on it. The drain has a loud noise when used. Especially: no exhaust hood and charge fee for parking (bad smell). The parking is badly located, only 1 elevators can use (and very stupid constructed). 8 elevators but still wait very long....
