Don't believe the reviews, very disappointing, we tried it twice as my kids are a bit fickle and had challenges both times - as you can see from my other reviews rare I rate any place this low.

This was my honest experience over two separate meals on 6/26 and 6/28.

They were out of hamburgers at 7:00pm on a Wed. (Note the location is surrounded by markets where they could purchase more ground beef.) 6/28/23

We ordered a side of fries and they served what might literally be the world's smallest serving (meanwhile it appeared locals were getting a larger serving on a larger plate.) 6/26/23

My wife filled out the comment card they give you at the end of your meal and they literally crumpled it and threw it out (surely without reading it as it was in English and the cashier did not speak English) right in front of us. 6/26/23

Doors were wide open on a very hot evening 6/28 instead of using air conditioning (which they do have as it was on another night 6/26)

Basic meal took upwards of :45 minutes to prepare. 6/26

Generally just a bit of a lackluster experience given all the 5-star reviews that drew us into the establishment, likely as they give you a free drink for writing a review and...

This has to be one of the worse experiences with food, and is the first time I actually asked for a refund.

I ordered Bruschetta for my starter, instead I got what was a Garlic French Roll which was served with 1inch thick pieces. With two slices of cucumber and 2 slices of what looked like dried salami. For anyone who’s ever eaten Bruschetta this is not it.

My main was worse. The French fries had been over cooked and burnt and you could taste it. The muscles I was really looking forward to and they where served cold, not only that, I have literally seen tadpoles bigger than the muscles in these shells.

I asked for a refund on my main, and at first I was only offered 20% off. Their reason being it’s already been cooked. I insisted on a full refund due to not eating any of it and it being so bad. Which they eventually did, but not without making me wait a good 10-15mins before doing so.

They do have a phone number on a huge sign over the counter encouraging feedback which I used to contact them about the above to which the person apologised and said they instructed the staff to give...

Very disappointing experience overall. We were a group of 4 adults, went here for a late lunch. When we walked in..... the staff were just standing around trying to avoid eye contact. When I said "Table for 4 please" their response was a curt 'sit where ever you want' as if I was bothering them. (It was past lunch peak time so only about 3 tables with other guests)

SHOULD HAVE JUST LEFT THEN.

We ordered several dishes and food started to be served but we had no plates or cutlery. When I asked for plates and cutlery the staff brought over 1 set. I immediately asked for 3 more and the staff seemed very irritated but brought over 3 more. When we asked for ketchup and hot sauce, we got only ketchup - we didn't bother asking again. Service was non-existent.

FOOD...... pizza, hamburger & ribs...... honestly all very disappointing. Probably one of the worst pizzas I ever had in my life. We were initially planning to order 1~2 more dishes after the first 3, but unanimously agreed to pay and leave ASAP.

Based on my own personal experience, would not...
