-: The beach is too small to encompass all the ppl who reside in the apartment complex. Super crowdy and not enjoyable, not far from the center, around 1hour walk, or 12 minutes by bike but you won't go there everyday...

if you live top floor you will suffer constant elevator stops on your way down, and slow slow ppl getting inside...I especially enjoy when I ride down for delivery - stops every 2 floor ahahah :)

I rent 2BDR apartment. The window of the second bedroom overlook the corridor....god bless I use it for wardrobe purposes only.

The cleaning is quick surface cleaning, the aparment looks way more worn out than in the original pics.

Please be carful of scams they took 11m dong deposit and don’t respond for days since 2 weeks they have a construction work on every floor and lobby now sitting here no respond and they have a huge deposit we only have one number and at the lobby is nobody because of the work very bad service 11million dong...
