As a returning guest I was extremely disappointed. Firstly I need to express all staff were amazing and it was nothing to do with them for the poor experience.
Firstly I will admit I did not update my facts of current management and inclusions of this hotel.
My experience on my first trip in 2015 was above expectations. it was a royal and prestigious feeling and is why I wanted to return with my current partner and her son.
Sadly, for an already expensive choice in 2015, it seemed for the extra 60% I paid this time for the same room 3 years on, there was 60% less included.
My initial trip was prestigeous in the accomodating nature of the 'Luxury" passenger yacht that soley took luxury guests to and from the resort. These have since been abandoned and or not replaced. Luxury guests had complete access to the Vinpearland facilities at all times, for which was my main intention of this type of holiday for the youngest member to enjoy at will, and therefore being able to utilise the cable car method of transport on/off the resort, again not included or offered at a discount.
Rooms were tired looking and a feature of the room, the plunge pool and decking area , was scattered with leaves and unappealing. The luggage was delayed up and hour to get to our rooms not allowing us to change/refresh from our 3 - 4 hour commute. The mini bar was not stocked but had an ordering system that was not convenient. The hotel would be amazing to a new guest however after staying here in possibly its prime, it seemed like Vinpearls forgotten child.
Again I acknowledge the staff and the assistance of the managers to comfort my disappointment. I was that upset I requested to action 1 of 2 thisngs, a refund as to stay at another of Vinpearls hotels for which we could have acquired a twin room and saved up to $1000AU and therefore spend this on a Vinpearland and the inflated resort food costs or stay where we were allocated and had access to Vinpearland for a min of 5 days of our 7 nights. Instead we were offered a same room change to a higher rated location and 1 day of the 7 I expected at Vinpearland. Just two minor notes, we did not receive the suggested guest cocktail voucher staff were suggesting to redeem and the breakfast buffet was simplified from my previous experience.
Overall, this visit was not a trip for which I wanted to stay at an inflated costed resort but one which I was eager to leave and spend more time on the mainland for which took longer to commute to this time.
For the last 3 years I have proudly been sharing my thorough pleasure of staying at Vinpearl luxury however Sadly I will not recommend this any more. I will not be returning or considering returning to Vinpearl Nha...
Read moreDo not be deceived by the appearance of luxury—the private beach and swimming pool may look enticing, but this hotel is a complete disaster.
My wife and I chose this hotel for our honeymoon, a trip we had hoped would be relaxing and worry-free. My wife has strict dietary restrictions due to celiac disease and a milk protein allergy. Before booking, we contacted the hotel to confirm they could accommodate her needs. The staff assured us via email that they could handle these requirements without issue.
Upon arrival, we reiterated her dietary restrictions, and once again, the staff confidently assured us that everything would be taken care of. Unfortunately, this could not have been further from the truth. At every meal, we had to remind the staff repeatedly—sometimes five or six times—that her food must be gluten- and dairy-free. Despite their assurances, she became sick multiple times throughout our stay.
I raised this issue daily with reception, requesting a clear solution, such as a list of ingredients or a detailed explanation of what she could safely eat. Despite my efforts, the miscommunication and negligence persisted. This was not just frustrating—it was irresponsible and entirely avoidable.
What’s most disappointing is that we specifically chose this hotel because they assured us they could meet her needs. We have no issue with hotels that are upfront about their limitations—it allows us to plan accordingly. But to mislead guests about their ability to accommodate such critical dietary restrictions is unacceptable, particularly at this price point.
Beyond the issues with dietary accommodation, the food I ate was also incredibly disappointing—bland, undercooked, and overpriced. For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury destination, this is simply unacceptable.
Sadly, this experience seems to be symptomatic of all Vinpearl hotels. They may look luxurious on the surface, but upon closer inspection, it’s clear they lack attention to detail and fail to deliver on their promises. Even though the beach looks amazing, there is a large dock at the right side with a lot of boat traffic throughout the whole day. Full of noise and oil spillage in the water.
We left this hotel deeply disappointed and would never recommend it to anyone. There are far better options at more reasonable prices, with superior service and attention to detail. Save yourself the stress and choose...
Read moreWhen the travel agency introduced me to the 4-night package at Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang, which included three meals a day and tickets to VinWonders, they described it as the most luxurious and exclusive resort in the Vinpearl chain across Vietnam. Initially, I was skeptical. Vinpearl is extremely popular among Vietnamese travelers and often very crowded, so my expectations weren’t particularly high.
However, my perception changed as soon as I arrived at Vinpearl Harbour to transfer to Tre Islet. Guests of the Luxury Resort are given special treatment, with higher priority and more personalized services. For example, at VinWonders, Luxury Resort guests are picked up promptly without having to wait for the regular shuttle schedule. These little touches make the “Luxury” label feel well-earned.
One of the most impressive aspects of this resort is its exclusivity. With only a limited number of villas, the atmosphere feels serene and private. It’s as though you have the beach all to yourself—a rare and delightful experience. The guests here are mostly families or couples seeking a peaceful retreat, which adds to the quiet and relaxed vibe.
Before arriving in Nha Trang, I spent three days in Hanoi after traveling from Germany, and I struggled to sleep. However, my stay at the villa was the complete opposite—I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in years. The villas are incredibly quiet, making it the perfect escape from Vietnam’s usual hustle and bustle.
We stayed in beachfront Villa and it is clean, very spacious and has its own small pool.
The 3-meal package is another highlight. The set menus are generous, offering a variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes. The shrimp, in particular, was absolutely delicious. The staff are also incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay.
Having stayed at 5-star hotels and resorts in Spain and Germany, I can confidently say that the level of service at Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang matches, if not exceeds, the best of what I’ve experienced elsewhere.
Overall, my stay was fantastic. I would highly recommend Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang, especially if you’re looking for a tranquil and luxurious getaway. In my opinion, it truly stands out as the best among all Vinpearl resorts. I would...
